and have used this web site for at least 1 year. Being a novice I refreshed my Firefox site and now I have

Pocket which I do not want.

I am looking for the widget.windows.window_occlusion_tracking.enabled preference setting on Linux. I was wondering if this setting was available on Linux? I have seen it on Windows. I was also wondering when this setting was introduced and if it is still active in the latest version of Firefox.

I have multiple Microphones on my PC. I don't want to Plug them in and out Everytime, and some can't be unpluggt. Also i want the freedom to choose easily. I would love to change it in the "Permission for web.whatsapp.com" Menue thats drops down when i klick on it in the Adressbar. See picture attached.

Děkuju " poljos " za odpověď. Není to to, co jsem potřebovala, asi jsem ještě o level níž :). Nepotřebuju najít něco konkrétního v Historii (chápu, že to je úkol pro statečné :) ), ale smazala jsem si v menu Historie možnost hledat ve složce "Včera" a "Tento měsíc", což možná 4.února bude ještě v "Posledních 7 dnů" (možná přibyly složky měsíců, to si nejsem jistá, nemám to nakoukané). Všechna Smazala jsem ty složky ("Včera" a "Tento měsíc"). A ty nevím, jak je do nabídky vrátit. Děkuju. Irena

The "page info" window showed up when I used ctrl+i to italicize something in a blog post. This has never happened before.

I assume I did something to "enable" it, because right before that I had been typing looking at the screen and not the keys and felt/saw my hands going wonky, but I'm not sure what on earth I did! I asked a friend about it and they said it just seemed like an issue of the browser and website commands fighting, but they weren't sure what to do about it.

Suddenly, your Read Aloud feature no longer works properly: pitch and speed are distorted and can't be normalized. Don't know whether it's the fault of either Mozilla's or OSX's update. Both builds are up to date. Is there an alternative?

확장프로그램을 설치했는데, 원래 대로라면 브라우저 상단 주소창 옆 도구 모음에 설치한 확장프로그램의 아이콘이 나타나야 하나 나타나지 않고 있습니다. '도구 모음 사용자 지정'으로 들어가서 직접 추가하려고 해도 추가할 수 있는 아이콘이 나타나지 않습니다. 이 외의 방법으로 사용할 수 있는 방법을 아무것도 찾을 수가 없는데 대체 어디서 어떻게 찾아서 어떻게 사용해야 합니까?

i installed a add-on program however this icon for using is not shown on browser's menu bar. there is not on personal setting, so i cannot find how do myself. wat should i do?

I'm using VSCode debugging plugin for Firefox in order to debug my angular web apps. The plugin states that it only works when launching Firefox with "-start-debugger-server" argument. This launches Firefox with an interface warning, recoloring search bar bright striped-red with a warning "Browser is under remote control (reason: devtools)".

I would very much like to remove this warning, since I'd like to work in this mode all the time anyways. Is there any ways to do so?

Hello, I want to get funky looking tabs like this:

But I can't figure out how to do it. I've tried searching for a way to do this, but everything I find is very old and doesn't work. One thing I keep finding is this: https://github.com/wilfredwee/photon-australis

But that doesn't work for me, it just makes the tabs less tall. I've tried switching to nightly and that didn't do anything so I'm pretty lost. I don't know CSS or anything so I cant do it myself.

The only advice I can find is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-whether-firefox-automatically-fills-forms That advice removes the unwanted email address from the current display, but the unwanted address reappears whenever I return to the page.

Roboform extension not working at all since the 123.0 Firefox Release February 20, 2024 update. It works fine on all of my other browsers. Please fix this. I have already tried to reinstall it. It acts if it wants to work and then it disappears.

I can't delete and replace Roaming>Mozilla>Firefox folder with a backup copy in Windows 11-- I get an other-program-using error.

I have done this many times before in Windows 10 and it always works beautifully. In Windows 11, however, I get an error about another program using a file in the folder. If I try to delete the folder I get a message about needing permissions from user (for clarity, the user account is an administrator). Now I am also very familiar with Windows permissions. I checked and administrators already have full privileges on the folder. Even if I explicitly add my particular user, nothing changes. I have done some other sleuthing but nothing helps identify the problem.

A bit of context – I just bought a new Dell, rather high-end and expensive laptop so I am really not amused at the fact that I can't just port in all of the stuff in the Firefox folder so I don't have to lose everything related to Firefox from my previous laptop. I do nightly Acronis backups so I have the folder and files but somehow Windows 11 is not letting me do my usual substitute backup copy of Firefox folder for new fresh-install Firefox folder.

Please — help — I had hoped that I could use the Acronis Universal Restore feature to move everything over from my old system to my new hardware — I've done that before. Unfortunately that wasn't an option given that the new machine comes with Windows 11.

I see other people have been having problems related to this folder with Windows 11 but I don't see any solution — again, please help!
