Soemtimes, when I open Firefox (77.0.1), or do a search, a microsoft edge popup occurs. Attached are two screenshots showing it. I have checked everything under permissions. I even went into IE 11 and set to highest security and popups. Still the popup rears its ugly head. I appreciate any advise. Thanks.

Secure Connection Failed PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR. I turned off my Avast anti-virus for 10 minutes to see if that helped but it didn't. I got a pop up saying that Firefox was running slow. I clicked on it to find out more info. Firefox recommended to refresh, I used the refresh button. It deleted all my bookmarks. WHY????

I had a Mozilla Firefox browser and switched to Mozilla ESR 68 version. I DID check bookmarks, etc to be synced to the new version but they are all gone!!! How can i get them back? Yes, i did have to set a new identity as it asked me to during the download process for the new version. Is there any way to recover it by any means including reverting to the previous version

i have dark mode enabled, so what does this mean to mozilla

it means that whichever site i go to, every single page is dark, except for the firefox start/home page which is blindingly white

it also means the all mozilla supprt pages are blindingly white

how do i make these pages dark ? i'm going to be nice and only say that this su**s a**, and i'm going to go back to using vivaldi, and please don't send me any messages about donating

when i open firefox it will not open yahoo home page. it shows a blank page with a google search bar. if i hit the home page icon it will then open yahoo. if i open a second page it will open to yahoo but not without a secand step

I've rarely had problems with Firefox connecting to the Internet until the last month or so. It takes quite a long time to get to my default home page and sometimes I get a message that says it has timed out. Do I need to refresh Firefox (not sure how to safely) or is something else up? Thanks.

I have a windows 7 vista and when I set up my account for fire fox I had an AOL email account I deleted AOL and no longer use, so in wanting to change my primary email for my profile it will not apply. Says in instructions there is a (primary change button) for this function but there is not.

Hi, Could you help me fix a bug in Recently Bookmarked folder witch is in Library Toolbar? As instructed, I arranged all my bookmark items dragging them by my order in Bookmarks Menu. However, in Recently Bookmarked witch is in Bookmarks Library in Toolbar still all my Bookmark items in disorder manner and some of them not even appeared. Please fix that bug or make “Bookmarks” as separate item for Toolbar in “Customize Firefox” option for easy access my bookmarks and for easy order arrange.

I would like to disable Firefox Lockwise and revert to the original password manager. Previous posts suggested using about:config to edit the signon.management.overideURI. However, this line does not exist in my config. I am using Firefox version 77. If I cannot get back to the original password manager I am sorely tempted to remove Firefox 77 and install an older version!

When my wife started Firefox one day the Firefox bookmarks from my computer loaded into her computer. She was in one state and i was in another. Her bookmarks are no longer visible - only mine. I checked her Profile folder - only my bookmarks are visible. Questions: How can this happen? How can she retrieve her bookmarks?
