Dzień dobry, Jak otwieram pocztę na stronie onetu to podpowiada mi adres mailowy, którego nie chcę żeby podpowiadał. Jak go kliknę to nie podpowiada żadnego hasła ale jest on widoczny automatycznie a nie chcę żeby był widoczny. W zakładce hasła w ustawieniach nie ma tego maila, usunąłem "ciasteczka ze stroną onetu" a cały czas ten adres mailowy mi wyskakuje, przesyłam zrzut ekranu gdzie są widoczne te podpowiedzi a nie chce żeby były Proszę o pomoc

I just saw on line a notice about mozilla monitor and I tried the free scan. I was alarmed. My quesiton is if you have more than one email associated with you ID information, does mozilla monitor cover those different email addresses?

When I try to access https://smh.com.au I get the following response:

Blocked You have been blocked from viewing this page. Please check your browser settings and try again. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact customer support or visit our help centre. Error: e913161519201518

The site works with Microsoft Edge, which is not my usual browser. (That's Firefox). I have tried clearing history and it has no effect. Can anyone confirm that this is a Firefox message and what it means?

I have no idea how I got into incognito mode and I have not found a solution on getting back out. My main problem is that I am locked into an incognito mode keyboard which I find close to unreadable.

I use firefox synch (on 2 notebooks, 1 mobile device) with an outlook email adress, yet when I for example go on youtube my android gmail adress ist automatically filled in. Which is quite strange because it is neither stored in the firefox password manager nor did I give authorization to do so. I am using the lates version of Firefox (v.122.0.1).

Does anyone know why this happens?

I've encountered a recurring issue with Firefox on Ubuntu where my master password is sporadically not recognized when typed using my external wireless keyboard. This problem does not occur consistently but is particularly frustrating when it does, as it forces me to switch to my laptop's keyboard for input. I'm certain the password is entered correctly; after multiple careful attempts (3-5 times), the issue persists, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

- **Operating System:** Latest version of Ubuntu - **Hardware:** Dell Latitude laptop with a Contour external wireless keyboard, connected through a Dell docking station. This setup is shared with another laptop (HP) via the docking station.

• • Observations:**

- The issue seems to occur sporadically and is not reproducible on demand, adding to the frustration. - It has happened notably on the first login attempt after the computer's first boot of the day. - On one occasion, the problem led me to change my master password under the mistaken belief it had been compromised.

• • Impact:**

This intermittent recognition issue disrupts my workflow and significantly affects my user experience with Firefox. The necessity to switch input methods and the initial misinterpretation of the problem as a security concern are particularly concerning.

After an update yesterday, I found out the password manager integrated in Firefox was completely empty. I tried to rename logins.json.corrupt into logins.json, I tried deactivating all the plugins and I also tried copying the file into a new Firefox profile but it got corrupted right away again. If I put in an old logins.json it works but unfortunately it's a saved file from about 3 years ago.... Any idea about how I could get my passwords back? How to "uncorrupt" the logins.json?

A tab for the Etsy website automatically appears every time FF starts up. How to stop this?

Just began after using the site a couple of times, but I did not indicate or click a setting on the Etsy site to ask for this.

All solution suggestions seem to be for pop-up ads, and don't work to block a website. Is there a way to block this?

I'm not able to add site to allow camera access even though there is already one site allowed. The URL is HTTPS, and my setting for this is "Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode". This is for my cardiologist, and I'm 74 so this is very important to me.

As of recent, my AntiVirus software is flagging Firefox.exe (Full path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe) as a vulnerable application. I have been using firefox for years (Because I love it, you guys are heroes) and i have been using Kaspersky for years. Firefox has only been flagged as of recent.........

I hope someone knows why, has this too or can calm my paranoia

Have you clicked any suspicious links? No i have not. The links i have visited were all https, checked and acknowledged by Kaspersky and i can say with full certainty that the sites were legit

Have i downloaded any files as of recent? Yes, but from reputable sources and always checked using Hashes and validating using KSN (Kaspersky security network).

First time posting so apologies if I mess anything up. My company has created an inbound calling service using twilio under the hood. We utilize webworkers to send cross tab messaging around call actions to the twilio service that manages a particular call. One specific feature that is critical to us is the ability to answer a phone call from any tab that our service is running on.

With one of the recent updates to firefox we noticed that this feature no longer works because the calls to navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia() would not resolve until you clicked on the page where this action was being called. This effectively means that you can only answer the phone call on the page that actually houses the twilio logic for answering the phone call (via a button action).

Is this an intended security improvement? If not, is there anyway to prevent this from happening other than holding on to an open mic stream for the entire time the application is open?

Hi folks, So my university uses gmail and accesses with Duo Mobile. I usually use Firefox on a Win11 PC, no problem. This morning for some reason firefox will not let me even begin the login process. Chrome works fine. I have disabled four extensions (DuckDuckGoprivacy, Unpaywall, YoutubeNonstop, Boomerang) and restarted, no change.

I have an odd situation happening and I'm hoping someone can share some insight or knowledge on how to get it resolved.

The short story is that I have a blog for my crochet business, along with an accompanying Pinterest account.

Back in December my blog was hacked for a few weeks. I got it resolved with my hosting provider and it's been working fine since.

However, at the same time I noticed that my Pinterest views dropped to almost zero, after years of very good traffic numbers from that account. When I went in to test my pins that go to my blog, I found that they lead to a spam website.

Out of curiosity, I decided to test the same pins using a private Firefox window. Those worked perfectly, leading to my blog content. I also tested them using the Safari and Chrome browsers, and those also worked perfectly.

So it seems that the only time my pin links go to the spam site is when I'm using a regular Firefox window. I don't know if that explains the enormous drop in views, but I find it just very strange that I only see it happen with the regular Firefox window.

Any insight or help would be appreciated. I did also message Pinterest to see if they had any thoughts on it. Here is one of my boards that has all pins leading to my blog. [https://www.pinterest.com/poshpattern.../posh-patterns-blog/]

hi, when I am using Firefox to play a media file - both audio and video - an icon is placed in the menu bar - which can be used to navigate the media file. (i.e. stop/play/pause, ff/rw etc.)

is it possible to tweak Firefox so this icon does not appear?

I cannot find a parameter in Settings to turn this feature off.

This is so very simple and so the fact that it seems impossible to get a straight answer makes me instantly suspicious. Here is the question: What is my location? Simple! In other words, I have Mozilla Firefox installed on a physical device, which HAPPENS to be a desktop computer, not a mobile phone, etc. In other words, it stays here. So why do alllllll the sites act as though I am literally 930 miles...from my actual, physical location! I have NO VPN running...none. Unfortunately, Firefox is using Google location services, WHICH IS THE PROBLEM. I just installed Firefox, instead of Chrome, to solve that problem. I guess THAT was a stupid move, Firefox is worse!

There needs to be a manner in which the USER can INPUT THEIR LOCATION. I'm not trying to "trick" anyone...I'm actually trying to give people ACCURATE INFORMATION which apparently is beyond the capabilities of the internet, to provide.
