Es normal, que con solo 3 pestañas abiertas (1 de esas pestañas es esta donde estoy escribiendo), firefox tenga 27 procesos abiertos?, considerando que solo tengo 1 complemento o Add-ons (ABP Adblock plus), me parece una exageración tantos procesos si solo estoy en: 1 pestaña: pagina de 365 frases motivadoras 2 pestaña: esta donde estoy escribiendo esta pregunta 3 pestaña: Ajustes de rendimiento de firefox No es como exagerado? Opera al menos abre 17 procesos en esas mismas 3 pestañas NO uso chrome (Dios me libre).

Hello, i recently updated firefox. after reboot everything was gone,pages,bookmarks,history,passwords,everything. after the update firefox would not work so i redownloaded it.now everything is gone.i have been using firefox for years,now i cant retrieve my bookmarks,passwords or anything. so i am now afraid to use firefo as my browser as it lost years of my personal internet use and information.

I just installed Thunderbird as my principal email carrier, and I was delighted at how fast and easy it was. Only one problem: it won't send mail. In Troubleshoot I discovered there are two smtp listings for this single account, one default, the other not. How do I delete the non-default one? I'm only guessing this is a conflict problem, but if there are any other known issues for this glitch, please advise. shawhomer@mailfence.com

Hi... I have just updated my Firefox browser to 107.0.1 (64 Bit) and i now find i have this box Developer Tool Error at the bottom of the page just above the taskbar. I also have a transparent red film comes over the whole screen. The screen also jumps when trying to do a search on the website. If i try this on Opera ,MS Explorer or Edge this does not happen. I have deleted the whole Fire Fox program and reinstalled it but no difference. Please understand i am a senior and my knowledge is limited so i hope this info is enough. Thank you in-advance. Some pages in Firefox are displaying 'Wingdings' instead of 'English' characters. This actually included the "Topic" selection in the questions page!!!! (see attached image) It does not happen on most pages, but some that I wish to use are affected. Some sites are partially affected with, for example, drop-down lists displaying incorrectly whist the rest of the page is OK. If I select the affected text and paste it into, say, 'Notepad', the test displays correctly. This only started a couple of months ago following an 'update' to Firefox. (not much of an update if it messes up the application)!!

We are sending emails through HubSpot. When opening up links from the email that go to Instagram, they are opening up to blank pages. Per HubSpot support this is a known issue and said Firefox support could give us an answer on how to fix this.

I have two connected problems, the first is that every time I opne a pdf in Firefox, it downloads it whether I want it to or not. I've checked my settings and as far as I can tell, it *should* be just opening them in a new tab.

The second (more frustrating) thing is that my downloads seem to be disappearing from my download library in Firefox? The files themselves are safe on my computer, but I have to go hunting through where I've saved them instead of just accessing them from the downloads window tab thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On one website *only* and only with *some* hyperlinks there I have trouble opening the hyperlinks. I can work around the issue, but I am curious what causes it -- and if there is a way to avoid having to work around. Here are the symptoms:

1. (right)Click on the hyperlink and 'open in new tab' --> does not open 2. Same as 1) but 'open in new window' --> does not open 3. Same as above but 'open in new private window' --> opens fine!

Alternatively 1. (plain click) on the link --> does not open 2. above + use back arrow (<-) to go back to page with the hyperlink and then use the forward arrow (->) to return to the hyperlinked page and it opens!

Additional info: FF 107.0.1 (64-bit) on Macbook pro M1 Ventura FF preferences set to open links in new tab, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't depending on the site FF advanced setting browser.search.openintab is set to TRUE (but it failed with FALSE also)

So I am stumped!

Firefox doesn't support Netflix

Netflix worked perfectly fine on Firefox earlier in the day for me but, now, error code F7121-3078 has prevented me from accessing Netflix. I use Firefox daily so I don't want to use another browser. Help?

What can I say to Fifth Third to persuade them that I am not the problem? They get plenty of complaints from others with my same problem, according to customer service there. Is there a way for me to use my computer, my browser of choice, etc?

I cannot reach my inbox. all incoming items are gone. bar containing delete, Kaiser, junk and more are gone, want them all back please! amazon is unable to leave message on in box. want all messages back. want items on bar spelled out, not just symbols. Please help. my phone number is [phone# removed from public forum]. I would very much appreciate a call to put everything back the way it was, and for amazon to be able to contact me. hello I have problem with not being able to open any website like Google or Youtube.

even thou it was working like for half a hour. it was not from my network, because I was able to open it in another browser.

please help.

My bank notifies me that it has a letter for me. I find the link for the letter on my secure internet banking site and click on it. First it tells me "No Preview available", and there's a button to Download. Which I select. Immediately a new page coming up with the wording "Authorization has been denied for this request."

When I try to open this letter using Google Chrome I have no problem!

What is happening with Firefox and how do I access the letter successfully?

Every time I open Google Drive, I get an error message that says "Google Drive was unable to load your view." And it no longer shows me the the filepath like it used to. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, checked that javascript was enabled, and making sure cookies were allowed for the site. Nothing has helped.

Some web pages contain data split into pages and provide something like "Previous 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Next" at the bottom of each page. One example is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct#search I would like to be able to move between pages without using the mouse using a keyboard shortcut.

Is there any way that Firefox could simulate a mouse click on a particular element and link this to a key?

hello. I'm trying to export my saved logins from firefox and the instructions don't work. This is on mobile.

It says to click the menu button, three lines, and click passwords. my menu is three dots and does not have a passwords option. the browse button below this text box won't click so i can't upload screenshots. poked around all through settings and searched as i can i can't find it and am very frustrated at the convoluted inconvenience. any help you can provide so i dont have to just copy it all by hand would be much appreciated.
