Firefox not loading the site properly . but when i try to mobile Firefox browser then work properly. I think the domain is blacklist from firefox database. I can ensure the website fully malware free. so please whitelist the website asap

Hi Recently my MS Windows Security app told me that I had malware which I'm very confident from was from using Firefox. The filename is: 3wabt6OY.htm.part and it went to a standard "download" folder on om win 10 PC.

Firstly I just wanted to flag this as a possible bug issue for Firefox?

Secondly I wondered if there was any thoughts on how to avoid this happening again and how to remove it please?! As Although MS Security identifies the file, it doesn't seem to be able to actually get rid of it!! Nor does SuperAntiSpyware.

Hi all, Each time I open the browser Firefox opens in Turkish (most probably based on my location, I tried to change it but it did not accept) Then I have to switch manually or open my Google account. In settings I chose everywhere English like search results, but I goes back to basic. I dont want to see the search results in Turkish and I dont want to see the Turkish websites. Also when I write an email in English it checks against Turkish, so no help. I dont have the same problem with google products in Chrome ( the native browser) So I assume that the problem is with Firefox. I did not install anything in Turkish (I even do not use Turkish keyboard) Do I need to install English dictionary?? when I click to change the English manually each time, then it switches, but goes back to Turkish again. It is annoying, that is why I keep using Chrome. Can you pls help

For the past two days, I am unable to log on to my iCloud account through a Firefox Browser. I've tried to do so on two different computers which have accessed iCloud through Firefox many, many times. However, I have no problem logging on to my iCloud account using an Edge Browser.

When I try to log on to my iCloud account using Firefox after entering my user name and password, I receive the two factor authentication from iCloud on my iPhone. However at this point, iCloud immediately gives me an error message (screen shot attached), and I am unable to enter the authentication code. I can only return to the log on page.

Since this problem occurs using Firefox on two different computers, but I have no problem accessing iCloud using a different browser, I have to assume this is a Firefox issue, but I do not see that this is a systemic problem. Any suggestions? I hate using Edge for anything, but I am on iCloud.com a lot, so this is inconvenient.

I have set Firefox as my default browser. I can open it using a shortcut on my desktop. However, if I follow a link from an email, it does not open in Firefox. How come?

Ccleaner gives message of "Firefox needs to be closed. i though it was Ccleaner that was the problem. it's not Ccleaner's problem... I get the same message when I run advanced system care... when I click 'close for me' it just skips it over and over. i then run it after starting PC and it still tells me FF is running. the 1st time it lasted for weeks(summer-ish of 2023) and seemed to fix itself. and it also wasn't fixed with 1 or 2 FF updates because i was waiting to see after updates that it would be fixed but wasn't. And I can't find Firefox running in Windows or advanced system care task manager. which means i cant close it manually. so I'm pretty sure it's a Firefox system problem... somehow FF is still running hidden in the background. i run malware fighter and anti virus to see if something is using it but comes up empty.

Windows 10 64bit pc. After factory reset and reinstall of Firefox, 2 extensions are enabled but the menu bar won't allow them. These worked OK before the reset.

Troubleshooting within Firefox won't work because it disables the extensions.

The messages from Extensions say "Can't read and change data on this site" The extensions are enabled (turned on).

The 2 extensions are Malwarebytes Browser Guard and Video DownloadHelper I am using DuckDuckGo as my browser. I tried switching to Google, but same problem.

HI, I use Firefox for Kiosk system... what is not usable for this application is Firefox sending popups to remind the user of ie. "do not forget to save your data" or similar... this breaks the kiosk system and needs Admin intervention... I love FF, but how can I suppress these support popups in this environment?

I make frequent use of the Windows system-level keyboard shortcut Windows Logo button + M to go directly to the Windows desktop. Firefox does not respond to this keyboard shortcut by minimizing. How can I fix this? I already tried refreshing Firefox. This is a big enough issue to get me to abandon the browser, since I depend on keyboard shortcuts.

I play diggy's adventure when I select full screen the game stays the same size but at the top of the screen the bottom half is black, I tried on a different browser and it works ok.

I downloaded a dark-theme extension but it just wasn't working out (I couldn't read anything on the screen as the black writing turned invisible against the black background. I turned the extension off and deleted it, but even if I open a new window, the dark screen is still there. How do I get rid of it??

Am getting the 403 error message when trying to log on to a news site which was previously accessible. I can access the site from another browser but not via Firefox. What could be the problem and how do I fix it? Thanks

I am on Linux, with font defaults on 15px. I have also set the minimum font size in firefox to 15, yet all content of webpages and even the settings menu (which I've noticed ignores the font size settings entirely) is minuscule by comparison - I found the font sizes of the adress bar (respecting system font size of 15) matching webpages scaled to 140% or minimum fonts set to 22.

Changing the `layout.css.devPixelsPerPx` scales the adress bar too, aside of just scaling all elements, not text.

Suddenly, yesterday when I opened my Microsft Outlook app, all is see is HUGE letters filing my entire desktop computer screen. As you can see in photo below, there is no way I can rea email this way. Same today. When I try another browser (Edge) the Outlook screen opens just fine, so it looks like a problem with Firefox.

I don't want to have to use Edge as a browser - I like Firefox!

I don't know how to fix this in Firefox. I don't rememebr making any changes to the programme - but I do undertake regular updates.

I asked a question earlier about being blocked from a site that I frequent while using Firefox but not when using Edge. I don't use Edge much but another difference has become apparent. Many of the sites like news sites an information sites seem to take longer to open than they used to on Firefox, I can see little icons going back and forth in the tab at top. Normally this lasts for ten seconds or so then the site I was after appears. I was on Edge and noted that this was not happening. I spent several minutes going back and forth and I definitely have an issue with Firefox. I have Windows 10 running on an old desktop. I use Express VPN I use BitDefender In Firefox I use Adblock Plus, Ghostery, I use Duck Duck search

Do I need a new version of Firefox or what? It says it is up to date 121.0.1 Have been using Firefox for years and not had any issues like these. Mark

Hello, I am working on a web app where quite sizable around 45 mb webassembly module is used. The wasm file it self is cached by the browser but it is compiled to the device on every page refresh and it takes some time. I would like to cache this compiled module, but didn't find any information how this could be done except some 5 years old information about using indexed db and then information about removing that possibility.

How one could cache compiled web assembly module?
