Greetings. I waited a long time before updating from FF 88 to FF 104, concerned that the header and footer issues I previously experienced (and resolved) with FF's print preview interface would recur after updating to a newer FF version. Unfortunately after updating to FF 104 the very same issues recurred. The only solution was to disable FF's print preview interface once again and use the Mac print window instead for all printing tasks. Doing that solved the issue with headers and footers getting cut off pdfs and printed pages, but it did not solve two new issues that began after updating to FF 104, which have persisted through FF 107.

When printing emails and/or content from webpages, FF has been inserting what I believe is called square box symptom (multiple square boxes in a row with question marks in some of them) instead of the actual text that is on the email or webpage. FF is also printing a long series of dots across the page in certain areas of my emails, which I assume are the very bottom of the letters that are supposed to be there. These issues have never occurred in all my years as a Firefox user until updating to 104.

Does anyone else have these problems when printing emails and/or webpages? This behavior does not occur with every email or webpage that I print or save as a pdf, but it is prevalent enough that I am having to rely on Safari to create pdfs and/or printouts.

I've done everything I can think of to resolve these two new issues but the behaviors persist. I am attaching 2 screenshots of a recent order confirmation email that I saved as a pdf to demonstrate what the issues look like. The title of the email is cut off. All you can see is a bunch of tiny dots. The amount of the refund is nothing but dots. The title of each item in the order is a bunch of dots, as is the price on the far right. There is a row of square box symptom between some of the items in the order, followed by more missing titles and prices represented by dots, and more dots for the amount of the discount and subtotal.

I was going to submit a bug about this but wanted to inquire here first in case there is a solution that I have not tried. Clearing cookies, cache, and running Disk Utility has not resolved this. Any assistance you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Strange thing is I can access it through other browsers and I can access it on Firefox on my tablet, but not my computer.

Whenever I´m going to attach a file to an email, Firefox always takes me to the desktop. Is there a way to make it look in the downloads folder?, which is my default to download files. Thanks ...

Ever since yesterday, scroll click (I use it to scroll through websites) has stopped working in Firefox. Works in in programs, other browsers, etc., just not Firefox.

Whats weird is it still registers a click when I use it, so I can lick on links with it if I want, but the function of scrolling, either by clicking once and using my mouse to go up and down, or by clicking an holding, no longer works.

I've tried disabling add-ons, incognito mode, nothing seems to work.

Hi! under accounts.firefox.com/settings the language displayed is Norwegian Nynorsk even though i have set Norwegian Bokmål as my prefered language in the Firefox browser settings. I couldn't find a separate language setting on the accounts.firefox.com/settings page so im guessing this a bug/oversight/mixup when the browser attempts to look up the preferred language set in the browser?

I've started getting pop up ads and articles to read (ads I think). How do I stop this ? Very anoying. FYI-I have and I-Mac and am not tech savy. Please help.

I just downloaded firefox and this is not like the older version,hard to navigate,it tells me to click firefox ball,upper left corner and click options options is not there. I want to xfinity to open when I start firefox,I want to know where to go and how to do it

I'm running 64 bit Win 11 Pro Version 21H2 OS Build 22000.1219 and Firefox 107.0, and the first time I click to open Firefox, I receive message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". If I clear the error box and click again, Firefox comes up normally. This happens every time I bring up Firefox. It's not a show-stopper, but very annoying.

When I go into the Settings tab, I see a message at the top of the page that says "Your browser is managed by your organization". This is a private laptop so there should not be any organization managing my browser.

I have searched for help articles to try and solve this problem myself. They all recommend editing a key in the Windows registry, specifically HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox . However, this registry folder does not exist in my laptop. Who is managing my browser? How can I stop them?

Hello i have problem with theme's (i thinking that is this ) . The problem looking like in the picture - have no Pause/start button on twich.tv or fullscreen option just all options dissapear when stream starts playing ( when its loading i have those options). Can you please help ?

I use a MacBook Pro running OS Monterey and I've gotten the dreaded "Firefox is already open" message. Firefox isn't my primary browser but I do have tabs and bookmarks saved there. This has happened before, and last time I ended up following advice to delete my profile which wiped out my entire account (it was the only profile there, and I should have looked for an alternate solution because that clearly wasn't it).

I was very interested in switching from Chrome to Firefox permanently, but I'll be honest, I'm pretty frustrated that this keeps happening and putting my tabs/bookmarks/history/etc in jeopardy. If someone could provide a straightforward explanation as to how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

Btw, I already tried viewing FireFox in the activity monitor as I saw another site suggest and it wouldn't let me quit it (I saw it greyed out).

need a new mail account immediately. Zohomail in India blocked my account. Cannot even communicate with them since account is frozen but seems to allow incoming emails.. Can get incoming just no outgoing. Love Firefox..been on it for years. Medical heart failure condition requires a working email account at once. Can you help ?
