Why do I have a button on my home page telling me to "finish setup"?

I signed onto my parents computer that was assigned to a school district and now everytime I open firefox on any of my devices their website keeps popping up. I've signed out of their computer and have tried deleting and reopening my account, and nothing seems to work.
Please advise how to set start up tabs.

In one of those News items, I checked "Bookmark" so I could get back to it later. In so doing, it took me to my Bookmark page, but wouldn't let me get back to my Firefox page I have my icons on. No matter how many times I visit Amazon.com, it WILL NOT show up on my Home Screen as an ICON. I have tried 2 Rows and 4 Rows. I visit amazon many times in a week, sometimes many times in a day and it never shows up on the Home Screen after my last Firefox Upgrade to 142.0. Before the upgrade, it was always on my Home Screen. I have deleted many ICONS hoping it would somehow fill in as I visit Amazon - but it's not happening.
How can I fix this?
