only one email kinda working now - [email 1 removed]@wolfgangforge.com (have 3 accounts total). i cannot even be sure you are getting my emails or that i am receiving any replies. when i close down ff and re-start, the email tab is gone and i must type in "https://sm1.toast.net/interface/root#/email" and login to get it running again. my most important email, [email 2 removed]@wolfgangforge.com is not. this folder has my business tabs (using the Simple Tabs add-on in ms windows 11) - about 700 tabs and about 30 groups. losing all this info would be a major disaster! it is like FF is installing for the first time and cannot find the Profiles folder. i've attached a screenshot to show the folder where the Profiles are presently kept.

i looked at the session-restore, but it appears that only goes back to the immediately previous session and since that one was fouled-up also, i can't see how that would help. wolfgang 503-475-3563

It is with deep regret to inform you of my discontinuation of the use of Firefox.

My issues began at the beginning of February this year and have continued and compounded to the point that I cannot continue its use. The issues are constantly logging me out of my account, disabling ALL my bookmarks and the loss of well over a hundred passwords. I have followed every help article and community forums help links and to no avail I'm still dealing with all the same issues. I've have to restore my links every time I'm logged out of Mozilla. Their are no passwords to restore except for the Mozilla account I just had to log back into.

Again, I do regret discontinuing its use. I have used this browser for well over a decade and I am not one for changing anything at this point in my life. I'm 67 and having to switch is indescribably painful. I actually think your integration of AI functions are the problem. Everything was just fine before that was introduced.

Why am I getting the message "this website is slowing your computer." Windows OS. Firefox is my Browser. One specific website that creates this problem is

wordfm.com

a local radio station that I listen to on terrestrial radio and go to if I want to follow up on particular story or program. I usually need to turn my computer off because I cannot navigate the site or open or close it.

Firefox has "Open previous windows and tabs" ticked in Settings. I had to force restart MacOS, and upon starting Firefox again my existing windows are invisible. They are shown in the Window menu and when right-clicking the Firefox icon in the MacOS dock, however when I select one of the windows it does not become visible. Command+` does not show the windows either.

I can however open new windows.

I tried renaming xulstore.json per this old article with no effect.

How can I make the existing windows visible again?

The new built in VPN doesn't appear to work (tried in on bluesky to bypass age verification - im 31). Is there a way to find out which country it is placing us in?

When I am in FireFox , I go to Instagram, when I am in IG, I click on a picture I want to save, a block comes up but there is NO save image button to click on.I then have to go to Google Chrome to save pictures, I have written 3or4 time to FF but no answer. VPN isn't working. I'm in Italy for a week, but live in the US and want to sign up for NordVPN in the US today. But, NordVPN wants to charge me Italian tax, and must therefore know my location.

How do I show that I'm in the US?

The bookmarks and history system will not be functional" error message has been dogging me for several months. System is windows 11 home and Firefox version 151. All updates are current across windows and FF. I noticed on the about support page that FF shows that this is a NT Windows 10 OS, not Windows 11. Not sure what that means. I have followed all of the suggested fixes, multiple times. Some don't work at all and some work for a short period of time before the error message returns. The only fix that works the longest is to reinstall FF. This then requires the time consuming task of updating my settings, extensions, proxy, etc. When the next round of Windows security and / or FF updates come through the error message returns. Reluctantly getting ready to dump FF. This is my last ditch effort to find a solution. Thanks.

This an interesting one. When running Firefox on my personal Macbook. I've been recently having issues loading sites like Reddit, Facebook and a few others in private browsing mode.

The issue seems to only affect certain sites, browsing the rest of the internet I have no issues. However, with these sites, they simply either will not load or require multiple refreshes to work.

Even more interesting, my work Macbook has a similar ecosystem and works fine.

I have updated and reinstalled Firefox, cleared caches and history. And run both with and without VPN. As well as being sure to reboot the Mac before trying each new attempted fix.

Does anyone have any idea what's happening or what my next steps might be before I go to Apple for help?

I can go to websites but when clicking log in I only get a white page. If I go to my credit card I cn=an see my statement but when going to make a payment get white screen only. Retirement website loads but try to log in and get white page. Other certain sites just keep trying to load. My os is linux mint17.1 32bit system. Problem just started this year

why i see this

Whenever i try to upload a file on macOS to Firefox the browser doesn't respond, making me have to force quit it.

I have a MacBook Pro M1 running the latest version. I am not sure what is causing this issue.

All of a sudden every time I start my laptop Mozilla starts up. How do I stop that? I have read and tired a few things but they don't seem to work. I am not technical at all so am guessing it is something I have done or am doing wrong. Hopefully you can set me straight and get this fixed once and for all. Thank you

After 10/10/24 FF desktop update, when FF opened, dialog box displays with: "Error: Platform version '131.0.2' is not compatible with minVersion>=131.0 maxVersion<=131.0".

When i hit OK, it closes the FF desktop application.

Can no longer enter the FF desktop browser application

Ever since the last update my gmail accounts will not show the body of the email for any emails received after the update. The older emails all show up perfectly, just the ones received since the update. All I see id ...
