I installed Firefox 3.6.6 and it seems to work fine. However, whenever I open Firefox I receive the install screen first which is annoying. I have a Mac Pro laptop with OSX5.8. I trashed previous versions of Firefox and it didn't solve the problem.

When I send a page to print in Firefox, it comes up as a landscape portrait - which I never use and which seldom fits the whole page. Previously, in other apps, I've got around this by changing the format in Print Preview, but there's no option to do this. It was always OK in the past - what happened?

Firefox asks me if I want to upgrade to 3.6.6. I go though the typical download process. Asks me to restart and all looks well. However at the end of it all I am not upgraded to 3.6.6.
Any suggestions? Why is this happening?

Finally FireFox does not crash since the last upgrade. Instead there is a huge memory leak (or something with the same symptoms) until text crawls across the screen one...character...at...a...time. Reboot fixes, but problem recurs. Pages load faster in Safari even when FF is fresh. Fed up and considering switching to Chrome or Safari.

Along with a couple other sites, I can't access Facebook with my gmail account. I'm on a mac, and even if I use different browsers (safari and google chrome), the page never opens. It consistently says "the connection was interrupted." I've tried everything, including allowing all cookies, deleting cookies, changing firewall settings, etc. However, it's not a problem on my Parallels (on the same computer). The weird thing is my friends with hotmail or yahoo facebook accounts can access the site. Help!

I started with 3.6.6, then downgraded to 3.5.10, which was the oldest version I could find in your archive. The program is a customized SAP program, they say I need to go down to 3.0. When I try to access certain portions of the program, Firefox crashes.

How to get rid of Autopager? I did not install it from the Add-ons menu, it seems to have come as default with my 3.6.6 update, and I really dislike it... I have tried all the standard add-on uninstall techniques btw, but Autopager doesn't even show up in the add-on menu. Infuriating!

I experience strange things with Firefox and Flash. Youtube Videos will not be recognized properly and I have to click the play button not once but a couple of times (up to 10 times) until the button gets triggered. Even worse with camera-recognition (for example on Facebook when you want to take a photo with your webcam): the question if I want to allow access to the camera pops up but I can not click anything. It just does not react at all. I already restarted in safe-mode with all add-ons enabled and it did not help...

I had very important information and messages that were saved from February of 2010 up until June. Is there any way of retrieving my history back? I have gone to Firefox and done everything but it doesn't seem to be working. I have Firefox 3.6 installed and my computer is a MAC. Please any kind of help would be very helpful. Thank you.
