1] Topic list is insufficient; 2] I tried to use the share data option of <;tblshg ; > troubleshooting. It could not automatically collect data, so I returned [back icon] to the form and found the form blank. The write-up I had spent well over an hour preparing was simply GONE.

No reply needed, buy that needs a fix. how could that ever pass QA.

Yesterday, 50% of my bookmarks were deleted and now I can't bookmark anything. I tried to restore my bookmarks to several previous dates, but I received the following message each time:

Unable to process the backup file.

I tried to bookmark different websites and no bookmarks are saved now. I updated to the latest Firefox today and no change.

I need step by step instructions in order to make the changes that Mozilla/Firefox wants me to do. I have also been having medical issues which is affecting me mentally. Right now I am totally confused, and I don't know what to do.

The minimize, maximize, close line at the top of the screen is missing when Firefox opens. If I click the Firefox icon in the task manager to minimize it and click it again to maximize it, then the missing line at the top appears. This has been an ongoing glitch for a week or more. Perhaps you can fix this minor problem?

As I said in the subject, my sidebar moved to the right side of the screen, and now takes up over half of the entire screen. I think this can be fixed in settings, but I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Whenever I use the picture in picture feature on Firefox to watch something while doing other things,it has randomly gained these black bars on the side of the image and I can't work out what is different? If this is a quick fix, I haven't been able to find it, sorry!

Hello, my old laptop broke. I bought a new one, installed Firefox, and signed into my Firefox account. My add-ons synced, but my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I can't access the old laptop now. Is there a way to fix this without a backup file? Or are add-ons the most I can get? Both devices have been added to the devices in the Firefox account.

I have no idea what Firefox did with the update but it made navigating my Substack a royal pain in the neck. I cannot post, cannot edit, cannot share posts. Very infuriating. I have had to go back to Edge to get these features to work. Dashboard link does not work. Share link does not work. Cannot post comments. Infuriating.

I accidentally clicked remember on my credit card when checking out from a cite. I do not understand how to delete it. Every guide online says there is a tab under "Privacy & Security", but when I look for it it does not exist. I have tried searching, cross-referencing its placement in the menu from the videos, but I cant find it. I've cleared my data from the last 2 hours, but still no difference. From the videos it should be between Password and History, but the setting is not there.
