I cannot find any way to report problems, this seems to be the only way. When I try to open any PDF file, I have to Browse to find my pdf viewer (Flexipdf 2022). I do that and also check your "Do this automatically" option. Every time I try to open a pdf after that I still have to go through all the same Browse steps. I also set up Flexipdf 2022 in the Applications section of General Settings (Portable Document Format (PDF) (application/pdf)) and it is just deleted or never saved. The next time I look or try to use it, it’s gone. This is obviously a bug in your system, please correct. Thank You.

Somehow 'totaladblock.com' has become 'entangled' with my Firefox browser. When I am using Firefox it keeps coming up with messages inviting me take up offers to block adverts. These messages obscure what is on the screen: I can reject them but they come back in about 10 seconds. I have not been able to find a way of permanently eliminating them. Please Help. Regards, W. "FVD Speed Dial disabled as an Add On but now I lost all my links" I too am suffering the problems that Mozilla have created by disabling the FVD Speed Dial - and can see a number of very negative posts - but the thread is now closed. The response from Mozilla - .....? Tiddly squat but a feeble excuse about something of little concern to most users. Then you close the thread to cut off any further adverse comment! Great. I do not understand why there is such a complete lack of concern for the massive disruption that has been caused to users by Mozilla's precipitous, unannounced action such that users who relied on this Add On had not had a chance to back up or copy their data in any kind of useable form. The action taken by Mozilla in disabling the Add On was an un-thinking, and negligent. Very annoyed by this - not impressed.

Since the last update, whenever I click a hyper link to open (email and sites) to read/see the info for said link. The tab opens but that is all and it's either just blank or stats that I am not connected to the internet (especially when searching on google.) when I am.

Neither my wife nor I can sign in to our G-mail accounts through Firefox on this computer. We have no problem signing in with either account through another computer. When clicking "Sign in," we get a page related to cache and cookies.

I have gone through the steps to delete "cache & cookies" for MY gmail account with no change in behavior. (My wife did not want me to remove hers because she believes (probably correctly) that her password memory on the PC would be erased!

I suspect we'll have to remove ALL google info from this computer, but don't know how to go about it. The only "App" listed with a google name is Google Chrome.

Suggestions? Remove and reinstall Firefox? Ditto Chrome? (Running Firefox 94. something.) I'd like to see her stick with Firefox, but this is a real barrier.

My Premium Malwarebytes has detected a Trojan on outbound, I usually Play Runescape, Have been playing for 15 Years +, 2 hours before this, i played on Runescape with no problems, since opening Runescape Launcher, game did not load, had reference also to firewall, since 2 hours prior Nothing had changed. i then rechecked firewall, and all was OK, I had added all URL from Runescape to exception, even company name, jagex.com I also use Norton 360, however Norton did not pick up Trojan, any suggestions? I was thinking of uninstalling Firefox, then installing again, I didn't do this as i have many Sites saved and wasn't sure if they would also be deleted, I play this game to keep my mind active, as i can't walk sit or stand for more then a couple minutes, ...

The List of Cookie exceptions under Security Setting, the ones I want to retain, keeps getting deleted. I select ALLOW for each one. What is causing the list to get deleted?

Hello! I am in a work environment and I am trying to determine if there is something in our security systems that is preventing Firefox from running properly. Once Firefox is installed, it works the rest of the day with no issue but almost daily the morning after, it will start to open then instantly crash. When using the dark theme from Firefox, Google searching seems to break completely as well as some pages will not load which may be related to this.

I have already tried uninstalling Firefox, deleting all of the folders, then reinstalling with a freshly downloaded installer (Even tried the beta one) with same results. It seems potentially MAYBE related to how long ago I closed Firefox before I shut down (Like Firefox is trying to save something to a secure location and times out, then it will work but if it hasn't timed out, then it crashes... or this is my guess)

I really am tired of constantly reinstalling Firefox but I do not want to use Chrome or Edge unless websites require it.

When I visit https://qalo.com/ the website does not display correctly. The top banner overlaps on itself covering up the sign in icon. I have attached a screenshot of the Qalo website in Chrome and Firefox.

Firefox always crashes when I download a file. After that, when I reinstalled firefox again, the situation did not go away, but it was fixed only after restarting the computer.

I wonder if this was due to hardware or software error? I recently renewed some computer parts.
