Hi,

I have built a websites since a 5 years ago but in current Firefox version when user logout cookies/session are not clearing, when user refresh they automatically showing as a login but only previous browsed pages if they access new page then site showing logout and some time intermittent loop between login and logout, this is since a new Firefox version.

Site built on PHP 5.6 and Codeigniter framework

I've set Firefox up to auto delete Cookies and Site Data when I close it. (Settings>Privacy & Security>Cookies and Site Data). I want to stay logged in to some of my accounts though so i added the Sites in question to the exceptions (clicked allow and save changes). The problem is, that only worked for one site so far and the others require a new login anyway. No clue how to fix that (the same solution worked in LibreWolf for some reason).

Firefox is barring cookies from Jacqui Lawson web site. I tried to find the menu on Firefox to allow it but cannot find it. I am not dumb, but this is beyond me.

When I delete my History it deletes stored account data for my email accounts and I need to log back in to my email accounts. Is there a way to exclude email information from being deleted?

I religiously clear the data under "setting" - "privacy&security" - "cookies and site data"....now, there's a perpetual 52k that won't clear. What's up with that?

I've been trying to days to restore my settings and have followed all the prompts but Firefox is still disabling cookies. Anyone know of a fix that will restore back to initial setup? TIA

When I attempted to log into a website using my desktop computer running Windows 11, I got a message saying: Login Error: Missing cookie Error description: The ACS Session cookie was missing. Please verify that cookies are enabled in your browser.

I tried the same site using Safari on my iPad Gen. 9 and got the same message.

Our site has SSO authorization with 2 different domains.

To sync cookies there are 2 ways:

1 - Some kind of iframe hack, to make it hidden for users. 2 - If browser blocks thrid-party cookies (ex. Safari), we can move cookie sync to redirect flow (redirect to auth domain, then to subdomain and so on).

But then, cookie is under dFPI policy(cookieBehavior=5) - it's unclear, are cookies blocked or not.

So we have a bug, at 1 process of cookies sync (iframe) and authorizion is just dropped, every time as cookies sync.

If we had a chance to detect dFPI behavior of FireFox, we would move users to redirect flow.

Is there a way to detect cookieBehavior=5 (dFPi)?

I disabled 1 cookie of a particular site manually. I tried clearing the "Cookies and Site Data" afterwards. I am still unsure whether they are enabled now or not. Please assist.

I have added to my "never save cookies" including third party cookies. Even in Chrome these cookies somehow circumvent being disabled. Hi, developer question here:

How can I one-click delete all data in all stores for a website? DevTools give me the "Storage" tab, but I have to go through every single store (cookies, local, session, etc) and delete every data entry one-by-one. Chrome eg has a very usefull "celar all data" button in their DevTools.

Hello, I'd like to know how to change the DOM storage location to a USB flash drive so that I can have all my history and cookies and offline data stored on that flash drive. That way, I will always insert the USB drive prior to launching Mozilla firefox. Having to verify 2FA all the time is annoying as I always clear my history. I don't like leaving them on my PC anyway. I use a Macbook. Thanks.
