All my add ons in Firefox are shown as "disabled for my protection" The page advises me to restart Firefox, on doing this Firefox fails to start. I can start it manually, but the add ons stay as disabled, although they are working it seems.

I work for a hospital that uses a scheduling system that we can access from home called "Clarvia" or Care Value System. When I try to login on my computer it tells me that I am using an unsupported system format and states that it only supports Firefox 1 and 2. I am currently using 3.5 and when I try to bypass this screen, I get stuck in a continual loop when it asks for my security information. Is there a way to bypass this or run an earlier format when needed?

I have a web site that my users upload mp4 videos to my website. I use html 5 and use the video tags type movie/mp4. The only browser that has worked without any add ins, plug ins or extensions is safari 4.x and safari 5.x with quicktime. What version of firefox will support playing mp4 videos without any add ins or extensions?

Firefox can't load adf.ly and the following message appears:

The connection has timed out. The server at adf.ly is taking too long to respond.

I talked with the computer teck at the bank and she assures me that the problem is not at their end and suggest that I contact Firefox to see why they are blocking this site.

When I try to open up facebook in FF it just stays on loading. Other sites are loading fine, and Facebook works fine with IE. Was working perfectly fine last night.

I am trying to access my office computer from home. The office uses MS SBS (Small Business Systems) which allows for remote access; however, something is interfering with my ability to log in.

I have a slow internet connection and every time FireFox does a update to add more - Apps-, or pop-up type, moving adds, my pc slows down. I have a 2002 Pc that is running WindowsXP , I can't afford a new pc and all these updates are jamming me up..... Is there a basic FireFox without all the extras??

My pop up blocker is on,but I continually get pop ups. (The type that flash,and talk. ) Certain websites seem to revert back to HTML mode/act like my java is turned off. In the middle of loading,Firefox will lock up for 30 seconds or more,then resume loading.

Can someone help me with this,please?

I have Firefox 3.5.3 on my iBook running Mac OS 10.5.8 as well as Safari 5.0.3. I occasionally want to use the leave a comment facility on a newspaper site (the Daily Telegraph in the UK) but despite logging into my account I cannot do so. At first I thought it was a fault with the paper's website, but I fired up Safari and found there is no such problem. So the fault must lie with Firefox. Can this be true? And, if so, why?

Dear Sir/Mam,

                         I accidentally blocked 2 websites, i.e. www.rediff.com and www.answers.com. I an open them outside my home(PC).
          I don't know how to open them, and I am having as my primary email account is in rediff. Please help me out, I will out, I will be highly indebted. I use windows.

When I click on the Bookmarks choice on the screen's header, I now have a new bookmarked page at the bottom of the list that I do NOT want ... It was a page I only needed to look at ONCE. I cannot figure out how to get it off that bookmarked list.

Have firefox 3.5.3 I am trying to install the new version of Firefox. the error message says I do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items. I am the admin user on this machine. Any ideas?

As with Explorer, should not the "change" in prices reflect the prior business day closing? Mazilla's prior closing price is "accurate", but your $ Value (and also expressed as a %) do not match up to the prior close $ shown. Please advise, as I would prefer to use Mazilla as opposed to Explorer.

I had to update my system recently and this is the only site I cant get to work www.me.com/mail/ so what can I do? my computer is a mac powerpc G5 and I have mac os X 10.5.8 can you help me out?
