How do I download language data for translating on a machine that is not connected to the internet?

I already followed the instructions here to download an offline firefox installer: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

and I downloaded the language packs I want here: https://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/124.0/win64/xpi/

and I followed the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/deploying-firefox-language-packs

But translation still doesn't work. I even manually installed the "*.xpi" packs into the browser. I can see in Firefox's settings that it thinks the packs are installed, and it offers to translate pages it detects are in a different language, but translation fails. I noticed that the language packs are smaller than I would have expected - smaller than 1MB. Is there a way to download the language data that is needed for offline translations?

I updated firefox and when trying to open it received an "EntryPoint Not Found" error.

The procedure entry point sqlite3_backup_finish could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll

Click okay then get the message

"couldn't load XPCOM."

It would appear I need to delete firefox and reinstall, unless a method exists to revert.

If I delete and reinstall how do I retain bookmarks, history and open tabs, etc.? I need to keep my tabs, history and bookmarks.

MY Windows 11 laptop crashed and OS may need to be reinstalled. Will this wipe out my Firefox browser bookmarks. I would like to save the bookmarks somehow. How do I do this without access to that system?

I use Using Video Download Ultimate add on in Firefox. It works great on most websites, but it will not connect and download from "https://yeahmovies.to/home" or "https://ww5.cmovies.co/movies/". Will you rectify this, or teach a work around to me?

many pages or websites dosent open because www.thanx.com access those,and prevent to open it ,how can i to remove thanx.com

I just upgraded Firefox on my Mac Mini M2 (2023) to version 124 (64 bit). When I start up Firefox it starts (I see Firefox in the top menu bar) but it will not open a session window. In addition, the top menu bar is in an inactive state (i.e. the words are in grey instead of black). It seems to be in a partially open state.

I have tried (1) waiting to see if that fixes things and (2) a cold boot of the computer. Both things did not work.

I cannot acccess firefox/mozilla support or vpn downloads on one of my devices which I am trying to download the vpn. I am logged into my mozilla account on the device but either bing or mozilla may be preventing me

Any ideas?

This is my first post so bare with me.  :-)

We are deploying the 32-bit version of the Firefox Browser to 4 700 clients and the 64-bit version to only 8 clients; all clients on a 64-bit Windows 10 environment. We will migrate to Windows 11 22H2 this year. The manager for the 8 clients says he wants the 64-bits version just because it's...64-bits. No other reason.

I've read that the 64-bit version can not handle Java, Media Players like VLC and mayby some other plugins. Is that still so?

What is the main reason TODAY for using 64-bit Firefox Browser instead of 32-bit, except for the use of 4 GB+ RAM?

Trying to download nord vpn and is says "failed" tried to download a receipt for the purchase of above and it says "failed" the browser on Win 10 is set to save files to downloads

i have been using Tor.browser as my default web browser on Macbook for months. Firefox is my 2nd, but two days ago, i was kicked out of Tor, cannot download/use it anymore and the reasons given are as follows:

"Tor.browser quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information." Ignore Report Reopen (options)

when i have deleted and tried to re-install tor browser, I get the notification that

"Tor Browser quit unexpectedly". No matter what I do

 (I have since done both, obviously & have tried many other things, including trying to Time Travel, which I am not 100% sure how to yet).  the Report states Firefox is responsible for blocking Tor.  how did this happen and suggestions on how to fix.  I have to access Tor to find some pertinent files etc. I have stored there.  thanks

I need step by step instructions to create my NEW account, because I couldn’t enter the code to confirm my account, and now I can’t sign in , or anything. I would like to sync everything as well. Please advise. Thank you

So, I installed a new hard drive about a week ago and while re-installing things I also re-installed the Firefox Browser 64- bit. Strangely, it seems like the files did not install itself in the right areas or the files installed did not install themself in the right or normal places. It does work, but for some reason I don't see it's program files? Is this normal or something that happens?

Anyways, I've backed-up my bookmarks, and I am going to uninstall it, re-boot, and re-install it and see what happens I guess. Or should I uninstall Firefox and its Profile Folders also, etc, and than re-install it?
