many pages or websites dosent open because www.thanx.com access those,and prevent to open it ,how can i to remove thanx.com

Some files appeared on my Desktop folder. when i erased them my Tabs and profile got deleted. then when i log in my profile the Files return on the Desktop folder.

my problem is why is this happening?. Firefox was installed on default installation drive, and it has been 8 months or more but only now this is happening.

i don't tweak anything on this browser, just browsing and consuming content.

i am seeing the flatpack of firefox trying to roll back my install. but when i perform the download i get this.

I recently installed firefox on a new computer and it will not access the internet. Any access request gets the message "Hmmm. We're having trouble finding that site." We cannot connect to the server.... It says to check that fiefox has permission to access the web, but I do not know how to do that. How can I get Firefox to access the web? I do not want to have to use different browser, but will switch unless this is resolved.

I do not want to use Chrome as my default browser because it slows my computer down. However, I have numerous documents that I need to access quickly, hopefully in the same manner here with your awesome browser just as I accessed them on Chrome. Is there an extension I can load that will give access to all the Google office products like docs sheet and the like? I would like to uninstall Chrome.

I have a folder with multiple files in a Google drive. I want to share the folder with a person in :View only mode" where he cannot copy or download the files (while he is using the firefox browser). How can I do that ?

This is my first post so bare with me.  :-)

We are deploying the 32-bit version of the Firefox Browser to 4 700 clients and the 64-bit version to only 8 clients; all clients on a 64-bit Windows 10 environment. We will migrate to Windows 11 22H2 this year. The manager for the 8 clients says he wants the 64-bits version just because it's...64-bits. No other reason.

I've read that the 64-bit version can not handle Java, Media Players like VLC and mayby some other plugins. Is that still so?

What is the main reason TODAY for using 64-bit Firefox Browser instead of 32-bit, except for the use of 4 GB+ RAM?

Hi, I lately found one of my old firefox os phones (Alcatel One Touch Fire C). I tried connecting it to the internet and updating it bus it said that there is no internet connection. Is there a way to update the phone?

I wish to re-install my Old Firefox Data to my restored Win 10 computer Firefox browser bookmarks. There was no link given to migrate this info held in our MS OneDrive folder (as listed on the Desktop).

Last year in February MS crashed my Chrome browser. I could not re-install that, but could download and install Firefox. Now the MS auto updates began to trashed our Internet Win 10 system in late December. Everyone is being herded into the train's automobile cars haulers so they can back us into a lake...

So, I installed a new hard drive about a week ago and while re-installing things I also re-installed the Firefox Browser 64- bit. Strangely, it seems like the files did not install itself in the right areas or the files installed did not install themself in the right or normal places. It does work, but for some reason I don't see it's program files? Is this normal or something that happens?

Anyways, I've backed-up my bookmarks, and I am going to uninstall it, re-boot, and re-install it and see what happens I guess. Or should I uninstall Firefox and its Profile Folders also, etc, and than re-install it?

There is one site, where my IRA is located, ("mystreeetscape.com:") where I am never able to open my statements or retrieve tax documents. I get the message "Please wait while we retrieve your documents" but the circle just keeps going around forever. This has persisted for quite a while, and I would rather not download and use another browser if Firefox is able to work for this. I have not had this problem with any other bank accounts or financial places - eg: Fidelity is fine, etc.

I downloaded Firefox for my new Mac. I see a Firefox symbol on my desktop. Clicked and moved the thing to my applications.

Can't open Firefox because I have no Icon on the desktop or in the Dock. How do I get an Icon?

How do I actually get Firefox to start where I can browse something? I have downloaded it 3 times, and it downloads, and then it just sits there. How do I actually go to Firefox and search for something. I got a search bar ONE TIME, and when I put in the thing I was searching for, I got an immediate message that the system crashed and I should try again. How do I get an actual SEARCH BAR to come up and let me do something? Even now, it is sitting there, asking me to download it again. I don't see the point in constant downloading with no result. Firefox is REALLY IRRITATING to try and use.

My main browser is Google, with Gmail as my email. I have Windows 11 installed.
