I had a problem with my Zotac PC and had to do a reset, when done none of my passwords or bookmarks came back after the resety even though Firefox asked for my password and email to send me a code but everything is gone and I have way to reach some of my frequently used sites, can you please help? Book Marks

Hi, Suddenly, all my bookmarks are gone. I did not delete them. Can you please help me to restore them? I'm not a tech guy, and my knowledge is limited.

Recovering one Bookmark folder

Aloha — An update to Firefox must have occurred, and I am unable to access my open tabs and bookmarks. I have had a Firefox account for 15 years at least and a lot of information was in my folders and bookmarks. Please let me know how the information can be recovered. I tried to follow several of the instructions provided and was not able to fix the issue. I have a recovery code/Mozilla key, but I am not sure where or how to use it.

I do all my work and personal stuff on Firefox so I need timely assistance to fix the problem.

Over the past few months, there would be occasions in which my history and bookmarks get deleted without me cleaning my browser. More recently, my tabs themselves would get deleted and today, only one of my tabs loaded upon launching my previous session. When I closed and reopened the browser, it only registered the one tab that loaded from my previous session. Is there some incompatibility with my browser and something else that might cause this?

I canNOT find or import my bookmarks anywhere anyhow.
