hello i am facing an error when trying to access my firefox account , every time i enter my credentials , the system shows an error message and prevents me from logging in; i need to sync my boomarks and data; so any helb to get my account working again would be highly appreciated , thank you

For the last maybe 2 weeks of so I have been able to play videos on any website,it is only Firefox that is having the errors. I use Windows 10, and the only extension I have is password managment

I have tried: 1) troubleshoot mode: no changes 2) clearing cache: no change 3) making a new Mozilla profile: no change 4) lowering/turning off security protections 5) refreshing from uninstall 6) uninstalling and reinstalling 7) Allowed autoplay of media 8) toggled off drm

The primary sites that I use are; HBO - error 1K-003 Twitch- error#4000 Patreon- doesn't error out, but just goes black on player Dropout.tv- player error YoutubeLive- Browser error

Coming from Chrome for a very long time to firefox I am used to clicking an embedded audio opening a new tab with a "playthrough" feature. When I have tried this with Firefox it automatically downloads or skips this preview capability.

On my Firefox homepage I had four rows of bookmark shortcuts. I recently decided to switch some of them out but I made a mistake and chose Dismiss. Now my homepage only has three rows of shortcuts even though in the options it still says four and there doesn't seem to be a way to re-add them or bring them back. How do I restore the slots that were dismissed?

My Merrill Lynch sign in password and user name do not appear. Add blockers are turned off and shield is down, cache has been cleared. The problem does not happen in MSFT Edge see attached picture

Running Windows 10 but with extra year of security updates. Several web sites were running very slow or not loading at all. So I tried doing system restore - only went back 3 days but afterward said it had some problems, and link to Firefox did not work. So I did system recovery back to time from which I had just done restore. But I had no link to Firefox so had to download it new. But now I have none of my previous tabs, links, saved passwords,,etc. I'm hoping my previous Firefox is still on my PC and there is a way I can run it.

this new version is horrible. I go to Facebook and it either does not come up or it takes forever. It does it with addons on and off and i do not get half of what i post and there are just colored square no post all when i go to my page but yet it works just fine in Chrome with both extension on and off. I have cleared the cache history etc and still nothing have removed some add ons added some adblockers and it will not let me me see my notifications for at least 5 minutes and that is about how long it takes for it to work on fiirefox with and with out extensions it is a little better with out add ons If this happens with add on you recommend then why do i need them why have and offer theme them if it causes this. have tried contacting Met AI and Facebook but it only happens with Firefox why do this if it aint broke do not fix it

I play online bridge (Trickster) twice a week and set up Firefox to share video and sound with my USB mic. (Windows 10 desktop, Trickster opened in Firefox). Most of the time it works fine but occasionally the other bridge players will tell me they can no longer hear me. When I click on the mic icon the message is that Firefox is using the mic. The settings still say that the mic is being shared. Sometimes a windows reset will fix the problem but not always. Can you explain what might be happening.

When I first installed firefox a while ago something popped up and I wasn't paying attention to what it was before I clicked it and every since whenever I click share on any website it will not work.

It works in any other browser except for Firefox..

I am trying to use the free VPN in my browser. I have requested IPs in multiple countries and so far all work except the U.S. When I request a U.S. IP address a check shows I am in Chile. When I travel I need a U.S. IP address. What is the issue there?

Some times ago Firefox internal VPN button appeared and this function was very useful. But yesterday this button disapppeared. My location is Russia. I want to return this button back.

I have explored every option and find it is the latest FF update that has effected the web performance of both my Desktop and laptop. Both are running Windows 1O. Incredibly slow connectivity and some sites either time out or simply won't connect. Very frustrating. Please advise. Tks
