The latest Firefox update results in incomplete windows. Scroll bars are missing, and the window close/minimize buttons are not visible. Refreshing Firefox sometimes clears the problems, but that is temporary. Sometimes the incomplete windows return. Thought it might be a conflict with another program, but the problem persists when that program was uninstalled.

I don't like the new release, so "downgraded" back to the previous version (88.0.1). The process forced me to create a new profile, and now I have lost all my bookmarks and history. How can I restore them?

I tried myself at about:profiles and chose "Launch profile in new browser" for what I suspect is my old profile. This again forces me to create a new profile, so that I cannot access the old.

Aveam niste pagini salvate care acum le-am pierdut - parole care acum s-au dus si trebuie sa recuperez totul din aduceri aminte. Why does Firefox keep screwing up my computer? I converted to version 88, and this morning Firefox has changed things again!! It is 89.0, again, even though I said "do not upgrade without my permission". The colors of the tabs are white again this morning, but at least I can see which tabs are playing. And my "Show Side Bars" and "View History" icons are back. It appears the visual problems in the web pages that I use are fixed; I can see that I have "Liked" comments in Facebook, and I can see likes in Rumble. I am grateful for those things.

But I hate the white Tabs bar at the top of the screen. And in this mess I lost all my previously open tabs. How do I get my previously open tabs back?

I download anything over a certain file size, a couple of Mb, and Firefox pops up with this error "failed". I then must manually start the download from where it left of and it resumes this cycle of stopping and me starting.

Honestly, I came home last night and clicked on the LinkedIn open tab to discover I had to log in. I have never had to do that. I never logged out. My log in and password were not offered or suggested. Then I discovered other tabs that had logged me out. Then I discovered I passwords had disappeared. I do not know what happened. I didn't update anything. I have spent hours trying to fix this. I followed one route to create a new profile and now I have lost the 73 tabs open over 3 windows for my businesses. Damn! I am fuming! And with no phone support this is the end of working with Mozilla. Can someone please help me? I'd like to wind back to yesterday morning!! Profiles, everything! I managed to find my bookmarks, but I have lost time and lost business. Help! Please!

Whenever I used to download pdf files there would automatically be a number added in paranthesis. Example- test.pdf (1) and the next one I would download would show up test.pdf (2). Made sepearting all of my files very easy. Now, however, every download is just "test.pdf." No number automatically added. How can I go back to how it used to work?

Latest Mozilla Update has bug! Just downloaded v.89 and now even when I am signed in to a website, Firefox is asking telling me that the website is "asking for my Login", yet screen shot shows I am logged in already.

I have an older windows XP laptop system. I had to restore it to factory settings and lost all of my browsers. I can't get on any web site to download any browsers to the XP system. Is there a way to download to a USB drive from my windows 10 desktop and install it on the XP system from the USB drive?

Moonfruit.com are telling customers to install a version of FF that apparently has a fix for their issue with flash. I am concerned this will compromise the browser & security... can anyone confirm if this is safe / OK to do?

I use Firefox for more 11 years and it is the first time i have problem to begin Firefox after last update processus. A message annince that XPCOM file is not there and Firefox can't go on.

I had to use an another platfom to Install integrally Firefox... a shame ! The problem is solved but It is a very bad new : Firefox update aren't safe now !!!

I hope the next update Firefox work correctly.

Has Mozilla be aware of this new problem ?
