I have deployment firefox 148.0.2 version from SCCM, its on autoupdate. So, when it is pushing to machine and during launch its giving prompt " You have launched olderversion of firefox ". even though i have cleared old version or any other version and then pushed still giving same prompt. We need to remove this prompt from appearing to users. kindly suggest how to fix

Ok so a month ago FF updated on four W11 laptops and now every time since then when you open FF it wants to make changes to your HDD and then tells you it can't download the latest version. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and its the same across all devices. None of the three devices are running any of the same software aside from the OS as they're all dedicated to different purposes, so I know its not something on the devices themselves. We ended up uninstalling it on everything aside from the older W10 desktop because its a constant nuisance. Each time it updates it is successful and there's no failure messages, so it's not like its obviously failing to update, but something certainly broke.

I cannot access my email after a recent Firefox update. There is no icon in the task bar and I cannot recover it.

I have used FF for quite a while and ignored MicroSoft Edge... but I dont know how much longer I can carry on with this slowdown !!

firefox is acting strangely and l can´t open applications or access them aftter downloading files.

My firefox browser crashes and is almost unusable. I'm on windows 10 and the only thing that has been updated in months is Firefox. I do not believe in upgrading computers and have surgery schedule in a couple of weeks so buying a new computer isn't feasible right now. I've used firefox since I bought my first computer and I want it back.
How do I overcome the issue so I can update.

When I see a message to update, I always do it immediately. A few weeks ago during an update the browser disappeared and wouldn't launch. I had no option but to uninstall with Revo Uninstaller Pro.
When I installed again, I signed in and immediately selected sync and all my bookmarks were recovered but also Chrome bookmarks which I want to keep separately. No complaint, I just deleted all those Chrome bookmarks.
Had to install all my Browser extensions. I have whitelisted a few websites to save cookies from those special websites like online Banking and got an auto popup message "You are using an untrusted browser"
I had to use my phone to get a code from the Bank to continue. I use Biometrics to log into my Bank accounts and also many other websites I have installed on my phone.
Then I got another message and email from the Banks verifying I have a Trusted Browser.
Firefox is my default browser on my phone and my Laptop and always will be. Thanks for allowing me to write this message. I want to confirm this is not a complaint.
