I forgot Mozilla password, changed it using 32 bit recovery code which just changed to a new recovery code, then I went back to login to Firefox and entered new saved password ( generated) but it came up with error!!!! bold text

Without the correct password, I cannot sign in. However, I want to use Firefox on Windows 11. When I searched with a 6-digit number, I was not specific enough and my got the wrong? Firefox account. Walk me through this please.

My primary password was change on June 16, 2026. I did not initiate the change, nor have information about the new password. I have recovery keys I would like to try. I am not certain whether when the password was changed the recovery keys were as well.

The first step in support instructions is to click >forgot password< button at sign it. There is no such button.

I use Firefox on various computers, now I'm setting up a new one, and I don't remember either my Firefox password or how to access it one way or another with my own identity. What can I do?

I somehow have two mozilla account. Or one with two emails. Can't even tell which is the case.

When I look at accounts.firefox, I see a gmail one as primary and a sonic one as secondary.

I also use a password manager which I can't access from pages accepting changes, so I keep having to create stupid passwords that aren't really secure. but I save them.

When I try to create a recovery key using my primry email, the password I created is not accepted.

So completely frozen. Would like to set up a ticket and get help as I have previously via email but I don't know how I managed to do that either. Don't know what to do. Can someone direct me to a live human way to get help?

I half to redo my password Everytime I sign into my account and it's getting old...I have changed my password 4 r 5 times just today alone please fix the problem...thanks
