Okay I did just get a new computer, but I've had Firefox for more than a decade and I've used Gyazo for about 5 years. Today I am suddenly not allowed to visit a site I have an account with and was able to visit YESTERDAY?!?! I can go to my Gyazo without any problem but when I try to use a link from someone sharing a picture, I get the Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue and am told I can't do anything about it?!?!

This is not acceptable. If this isn't resolved TODAY I will remove Firefox from my computer and go with another service. I appreciate you are a free service, but if you suddenly won't give me the service I've been getting for years from you then I will have to look elsewhere.

Please contact me ASAP regarding this. It is affecting how I do my job.

My password/bookmark/history disappeared with Windows recent upgrade. How do I get everything in that area?

Also, I opened the Share option and it populated with something I did not want shared. I attempted to delete the entry but it is too long. How do I remove that entry? Could you help by walking me through these issues?

If this is a duplicate of the issues I appologize.

I am trying to log into Jetstar to make a booking and the site just closed down and keeps telling me to 'try again'. No luck. I've closed the computer - reopened - delayed the 'try again' request and cannot access Jetstar. I need urgently

to make a booking.

Bought a new Acer computer from a computer service last year with windows 11. Was not allowed to access a website, CheapsTees.com because windows10 was expired Oct.14Th 2025. Paypal also shows windows 10 on my account but hasn't effected the service.

The main reason we bought the new computer is because the old one didn't support windows 11. Just to verify, it shows on the invoice we have it.

Firefox just did an update about 9 AM on 11/12/2025. I use dictation software to navigate the webpages due to disabilities with my hands. The software can no longer recognize any of the tabs at the top of the screen, nor any of the buttons on webpages. This makes it almost impossible for me to navigate on the web. Something must have gone wrong/been overlooked in your coding with this update. Can this please be fixed?

I just did an update as suggested by Microsoft for my laptop (a new Dell Inspiron 14 w/ windows 11)... Now, I cannot have access to the computer by using my PIN as I was able to before... ALSO, I cannot access MOST (previously available) websites... W H Y???

Trying to set up Firefox on new computer. Haven't used log-in for years. My email account is closed. So code is sent to defunct email. How can I get access to my account so I can change my email address and get Firefox synced to my new computer? The 'reader pane' on my microsoft email remains blank. It used to show me the body of the email on the right side of the screen.I now have to open/download the email to read it. Is there a way to resume the prior arrangement?

At about 9 AM EST, 11/12, Firefox did an update that rendered accessibility through my voice navigation software inoperable. I need to use this to navigate the web due to disabilities with my hands. The system could no longer recognize any thing buttons or words on webpages, including the Firefox tabs at the top left of screen. I posted a question about this on 11/13. Later that afternoon, the functionality was restored. However, this morning, 11/13, this functionality has vanished again. Can this please be restored? Something obviously went awry in the coding with this most recent update. Thank you.

I am having problems navigating using Voice Control which I believe was previously called Voice Over, which allows me to control and type with my voice. It works on Safari however on the Firefox desktop app it is completely broken and I cannot give any commands and typing text doesn't work on some website such as ChatGPT.

I found an old article explaining the support has been added however I don't understand why I can't use Voice Over at all on my Mac.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This does not happen in Chrome or Librewolf. I have performed all the usual troubleshooting like safe mode. I had the Microsoft Disability Desk recheck all my settings. And still no luck. It will follow the terst cursor in the address bar and search bar but just not on web pages like YouTube, Amazon, Goodreads et al.

Unable to "Manage bookmarks". If I drag and drop a bookmark into a folder in "Library", and then delete it from where they are saved in Book Marks Current Tab, they are also deleted in the folder. they used to go into "Bookmarks Menu" where I could then re order them into my folders under "Other Bookmarks". Any attempt now to sort them and they get deleted from the folder as well as from "Recent Bookmarks". Will I have to find another way to save bookmarks? Desktop? I have iMac with Ventura 13.7.7. Also, provide answer as to how I can access your answer. [edited email from public support forum]

Been using FF on this machine for 5+ years, always printed OK. Desktop Computer, info below is correct. Using FF 142.0.1 (64-bit). Pop Up print window does not appear when clicking on Print Icon in AOL. Checked FF Settings, Pop Up windows are not blocked. Help

I find the 4 boxes on the Contrast Control/Manage Colors settings confusing. I've tried just about everything for an issue I've had for months. When I use the automatic settings there is a dark background. Visited links pops up white (readable) and immediately changes to purple so that I can barely see it. This happens on multiple web sites. Amazon and Ebay are examples.

Need help. Just installed Firefox on Windows 11 on a new computer. I tried to sync the bookmarks so that it was like all the other versions I've had. But, I can't. I can put bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar, but where I used to have the Bookmarks Menu as a STAR on the top right of monitor I can't seem to do it. I miss opening a folder and having multiple bookmarks opening all at once. A little help please. Thanks...
