I can not seem to find the button to open a saved, closed tab group. I have googled, and there seems to be a lot of people with the same issue. However, None of the information given under those forums provides me with a clear, easy solution. Please help.

With the latest updates, my Firefox window has no way to minimize/resize/close the window. (There are also no tabs/bookmarks) I see nothing in the settings options that seems relevant.

I assumed that bookmarks and passwords were tied to my account and that by logging in; I would sync them in automatically. I just reset my Windows 11 and had all files deleted.

I used to do this with Google Chrome, but now that I'm a Firefox user, resetting my PC and logging into Firefox after a fresh download, I have nothing? I cannot find anywhere to sync this back, do I have any hope or did I miss the opportunity?

Hello. I have been trying to use the Firefox built-in VPN. I click on the VPN icon, click "get started" and it asks if I would like to continue with my Mozilla account. I click "Continue" and it says I am signed in and to click the VPN icon again to turn on the VPN. When I click the VPN again, it does not give me the option to turn it on. It only shows the "Get Started" button again and starts the process over. (see attached image)

When will the mozilla vpn available for linux? I've been using mozilla for a long time, I tried to connect to different vpns but non of them worked. Some sites that I have to work on needs vpn but I can't connect to any of the vpn extensions on mozilla and due to this reason I am not able to do my work. So please make it available as soon as possible.

In Firefox 152.0.5 under Windows 10, when I hover the mouse pointer over a tab, a balloon pops up showing the text that is on the tab. I find this extremely annoying as I can read what is on the tab. I have searched on the Mozilla site, and I have searched with Google, all to no avail. How can I disable those redundant popup balloons?

I created a new profile on my account. Whenever I am in the original profile, I can click on the new profile and it will open a new window with a new icon. However, I notice that under the new profile, it is not signed in. When I try to sign in, I get an error that says

Account already in use xxx@gmail.com is already signed in to the “original” profile

You can only associate this account with one profile on this computer.

Then it forces me to switch back to the original profile. This tells me that the profile is not syncing for access across devices.

This is happening on my macbook.

Firefox opens as it should but it opens with two additional tabs showing. How do I prevent this. What setting/s do I manipulate to prevent opening multiple tabs on start up? windows 11 / HP Omnibook, new purchase initial set up of FireFox.

On sunday 05 july 2026 I was filling in an online form and all of a sudden most of the data I was filling on the form just disappeared. This is really important information.

I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden, when I open firefox, I get a blank page--it used to ahve at leat 10 or more great articles form all sorts of sources=I tried to reinstall, update and still the same.

Up until version 141, the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit Firefox installers wasn't noteworthy, though it has clearly been slowly increasing overtime. However, starting from version 141, the difference between them doubled from 5MB to 10MB, meaning a nearly 13.5% larger installer for the 64bit version than the 32bit one.

Why is that? What happened? Are there are feature differences that would warranty such a large gulf in their installer sizes? It's the AI isn't it? 32bit users were spared the bloat of the AI.

I also see that starting from 115.16 Firefox suggests users that aren't on Windows 7-8.1 or MacOS 10.12-10.14 should use other versions. Given both x86 and Windows' immense reputation surrounding backwards compatibility, is this really a concern? Is there REALLY something supported by Windows 7-8.1 that wouldn't function on 10?

Almost every time there is an update------it screws up something I rely on. In this case, the sites I have saved under the top search bar have now disappeared. Why?????? And how do I get them back.

I readily admit that I am technically challenged and need clear concise instructions step by step to find them and put them back where I had them. 

Why oh why do the buggers making these changes think anyone is going to like them. Leave things that work well ALONE.
