I am trying to login in to my health insurance website but Firefox keeps giving me a message that it can not access the information at this time. This is not the first time or the first website that I have had issues with. Do i have to switch to Chrome or Edge?? Is there a setting that will allow me to access the insurance website?? I have used Firefox for years but the past few months it has caused me lots of problems trying to access my accounts on various websites.

So my firefox recently started freezing while watching live streams on both youtube and kick. It'll freeze and buffer forever until I either refresh (kick) or hit the grey "live" button on youtube and the whole freezing thing repeats again after 2 minutes. Add-ons and internet speeds attached

How do I paste in the game forge of empires thread windows with my mouse and without clipboard keyboard options in firefox, it will only allow me to use clipboard control V for keyboard not my mouse, using my mouse to select all, copy, it's fine, cannot use paste with mouse, only in browser search bar, i do a lot of pasteing or i would not ask, it works with a diff browser, Firefox is the best for gameing,

Every time I enter a new password at https://secure.newegg.com/identity/signin, I click on Save but the browser does not save it! When I try to log in, Firefox always inserts the previous password that was saved. I have Reset the password twice on the website and have mentioned it to Newegg at least twice now and so far, I have not been able to resolve this problem.

This only occurs with the Newegg website. Why is this?

This is occurring on a computer running Windows 10 Pro version 22H2, Build 19045.3693

Fix the problem ! If I set up a set of bookmarks and web sites to be opened on startup of Firefox, then use them and save that list forever until I change it.

That is how you product worked until this week. Now, it sucks. And why does the header say that my options are controlled by my organization ? This is my private computer, belongs to me, not any organization !

I got an email saying my account was going to be deleted in 48 hours because of spam coming from my address. They say I should hit a button to get virus protection. Could this be true or spam?

What can I do to get my "upgraded" Firefox to display Facebook correctly. Right now, it is basically a blank page. Edge still displays Facebook correctly. Please try to give instructions that a non-expert can follow.

The latest updates sucks. Trouble with log -in pages, even Mozilla's own page doesn't seem to like the new cookie settings... Had to get onto tis forum through chrome of all things...

Anyone aware of fixes or some way to revert to an older release?

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise version on my desktop.

The same video on Facebook plays perfectly on Chrome but the sound is muted when it is played on Firefox. It happens only recently.

Is there some control features that I should turn on or turn off somewhere so that I can continue to use Facebook a usual on my Desk top.

Hello, a couple of years ago I signed up for Pocket Premium so that I could make use of the full-text feature, but I found that full-text search didn't work, which meant that Premium useless for my purposes. This was acknowledged by Pocket Support, and my subscription payment was refunded.

Before I try again it would be interesting to know whether the full-text search has been fixed and now works properly as advertised at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pocket-premium-full-text-search

For the last two months since November 2023), log-in to the Wells Fargo online bank site no longer goes past the log-in page. If I use Edge log-in works fine. I use private browsing on Firefox, but I always have. I have Firefox password enabled, but I always decline to use it for online banking when it pops up (and it doesn't matter if I accept it, still no log-in on Firefox).

I don't want to use Edge but Firefox no longer is working on this task for me.

Hi, Mozilla Relay/mask is connected to an old, defunct email address. How do I change that? The verifications are going to the old address that I can no longer access.
