You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

I have been using your browsers for years. No longer. Any time I can bad mouth you I will. You can take that to the bank.

I need my original Firefox account back the way it was. I have no bookmarks, no open page when Firefox opens, and none of my tabs are the same. Please put it back; I don't know how to run my computer this way.

Right side bookmark column pops up when Firefox opens. I close it, set setting to horizontal (which is also always present by choice), but the right column return search time I open the browser. I have poor eyesight and need all the screen I can get.

How do I keep it off?

am a senior and need to talk to someone about not being able to open certain important websites - like for my credit card. Most other website cause me nor problems. At 82, and with poor eyesight, the articles are just mumble/jumble to me.

I am receiving popups - sometimes five to seven, stacked, and purporting to be from Firefox or Mozilla but having a clearly "poisonous" URL, The popups warn that my computer is infected with a dangerous virus and want to to click on them to remove it.

I do have an anti-viral program installed - "McAfee".

I went on the Mozilla page regarding reporting bugs but it is a bit above my pay grade to understand.

I want to create a wireguard file that I can load onto my router to permit me to use mozilla vpn on my router as i will be using it on static devices eg TV which I want to connect through the router. I understand this can be done but the syntax offered does not seem to work on my PC running win 11.

On two different Windows machines, current Firefox (153.0.1), the alt-d shortcut stops working: it does nothing until I restart Firefox. Then it works again for a while. I've tried about:keyboard and it's not reset there. I tried all combinations: Clear, Reset, setting it to alt-d explicitly. None of those worked. But when I set it to alt-a, that worked--but then resetting back to alt-d again didn't work. That shortcut is muscle memory at this point, so it's quite distressing. Not sure what diagnostics might be available to help here, happy to try anything.

Full disclosure: Both machines are Windows 10 but since that's stable, I find it hard to believe that's related.

When signed in Firefox puts popups on the right of the screen that refer to my incoming mail. I end up having to delete them all the time. How can I prevent these popups?

I've been receiving pop up messages on firefox saying something like "Torguard won't work with apple updates going forward". Is this genuine as apple say they don't use pop up messages.
