see what appears when I open firefox as an uploaded image: has anyone else had this appear... can not find a way to report what in my view is fraud...'AI' said no new terms,conditions,privacy by firefox, mozilla since spring so is it a 'page overlay' as 'AI' said? also I can not find a way that will open to report to mozilla, can some one forward to report fraud?

If there only one question I get an answer to that would be: how can I delete it and block it forever?

I need help with Google telling me that I have been breached and I am not safe need to clean my phone or it will expire also that they would block me from play store what is going on??? They try to keep me from Firefox like getting rid of the extinction that you all suggested to download which I done to keep my account's safe and they keep pushing gaurdio on me I don't have the money to pay every month...

I realise any privacy or user control statements made by Mozilla are really a farce. One, there's no meaningful way to protect user privacy these days, not on the web. Trying would be a more accurate term. Two, the CEO is in control of the product design and he's banking on customer loyalty, betting on an outcome where people will just continue to use the product regardless of how bad the new AI features are or how much they contradict the company's supposed ethos. And it'll probably work for a spell, but here's the thing: free clones of Firefox already exist, and customer loyalty only goes so far. It won't be terribly convenient, but if I continue to see Mozilla adopt AI in its updates, I'll just switch over to something else.

this is probably something basic but i'm stumped and frustrated. just now i'm trying to track a package on the post office site usps.com - each step i take firefox prevents me from moving forward - example: to track a package i insert the tracking number into the proper field and click enter. next up is a banner from firefox saying"firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page". i do the steps necessary to work around and track the package but it's annoying. this is just one example - its not limited to tracking packages or inserting long numbers into boxes - it happens - not often - but on occasion at certain other sites as well. while it may be the post office is inherently evil (i am not of that belief)i long ago accepted whatever they know about me is worth what they do for me on a regular basis - overall i consider my relationship with them as a win win. how do i convince firefox of the same? MSI notebook/laptop win 11, latest firefox updates although not a new issue - just particularly annoying today

i'd love to consign this to the category of "things that i don't think about any more" and move on to what's going to drive me crazy next - thanks for your help in my journey!

I would like to request that there be an option to censor or hide the Firefox user information in the Firefox UI and in the Settings section for privacy and security reasons, especially when doing online streams or making online guides.

At least an option to either make it "l.............@..." with an eye option beside it. Like what the password field behaviour is in online forms.

It would be nice if the option were available to the end-users.

I see that i have the option to use google as well as other search engines and i wonder if the use of google trough fire fox does anything different and protacts me more than just using google and how.

I'm sick of having to turn off ai features in every freaking thing, if the product was any good you wouldn't have to push it so hard!

This is bad for my data security and privacy. Bad for the environment. Spreads falsehoods. And promotes plagiarism.

I'm already starting to look around for other browsers so I can switch over and delete this account if you don't stop this garbage.

i specifically switched from google/chrome to firefox and yahoo to avoid the stupid AI features and to protect my privacy, and now even firefox is shoving it down our throats? genAI literally makes everything worse and now ill have to switch browsers again which is just even more inconvenience. idk if this new ceo bought the company thinking it was his ticket i to the genAI race or what but that was a stupid choice for everyone involved. AI is making everything it touches worse. im sick of it being added to everything against my will and im sick of it being impossible to turn off or avoid. ill be changing browsers again, maybe to ecosia (which is dedicated to reforestation) but definitely to something without malicious and inane features built in.
