Suddenly two valid websites that I frequent are now considered by Firefox to have invalid security certificates, Airbnb.com and sanjoseca.gov (the City of San Jose's official website). The return page from Firefox states the certificates are invalid but NO "ADD EXEMPTION" is listed on the page as an option.
I have waited more than 10 minutes to upload the image and it still hasn't loaded. It has the Technical Details, and the "Get me out of here link" but no "add exemption" link.
I use Airbnb.com frequently and I need a stable interface with them. I contacted both companies and they both told me that they were not aware that their certificate wasn't being recognized by Firefox and that I should download and use Google Chrome instead.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with Firefox. Frequently when applying for a job online, the application forms are not properly exhibited in Firefox but are in Internet Explorer. This makes applying for work very difficult!
It's been 15 minutes and still the image hasn't loaded. I can't wait any longer. Please tell me how to fix this glitch. Thank you.
