Hi Guys thank you for your time and effort that you voluntary offer to support Mozilla Firefox. I have been a lifelong user of Firefox. I have during this process lost 4 x laptops (over a span of 20 years) - reformatted the current one twice. My mistake - I neglected to backup Firefox.

I cannot and do remember what my primary Firefox account was. Their are bookmarks and saved passwords on it that I desperately need. Can you please help what what to do?

I have subscribed to new a [edited] @gmail.com primary account to to use Firefox again. I help with serial numbers, brand of the laptops that I have used in the past.

If you can help, please please help.

I have seen this question posed/answered elsewhere in community help, but no one answers the actual question, which is: What organisation is managing my browser? How can I find out what organisation is managing my browser? Thank you.

I have been trying to remove "Your browser is being managed by your organisation" simply because the browser is on my home PC and not being managed by any organisation. However, I have an issue with registry editor as it does not have Mozilla or Firefox keys in "Policies" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies" or "HKEY_CURRENT_USER". I would be grateful for any advice to overcome this issue as it annoyingly restricts access to web pages.

Why can't I change my primary email address on my account? That email is not secure. I need to change it. Right now my options are to delete my firefox account entirely, or keep it connected and let myself continue to be hacked now that my email has been compromised.

Where do I go to change it? It's not under settings like the help articles say. There is no option to change it.

This has happened to me several times and I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but then it happens again weeks, months later. It says to contact Mozilla for a correct certificate but how do I do that. There's no instructions on how to do this. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Site A has C iframe and Site B has C iframe. When data is inserted from Site A's C iframe, there must also be data from Site B's C iframe, but the two repositories cannot share data due to Firefox's security policy. The recommended method in Mozilla for this issue is to use "requestStorageAccessAPI". However, when using the method, Cookie Data is shared, but localStorage Data is not shared. I want to know a way other than "requestStorageAccessAPI".

I clicked the "Refresh Firefox" button this morning and now all of the passwords on my desktop browser are gone. They are still available in the mobile browser. What happened? How do I get them back. Using SYNC did nothing.

I want to setup Firefox with different settings when I use Private Mode.

When using Private Mode, I want my browser history, cookies and downlods all to be deleted when I close the window.

I can see a way of doing this for ALL uses of Firefox, but not just for Private Mode.

Windows 11 x64, Firefox 110.0.1. HTTPS-only mode disables. OCSP enabled. I've tried playing around with these flags, nothing works.

Do not recommend me to click Advanced -> Accept the Risk and Continue. I want to disable the warning forever for all the hosts. For example, Chrome supports flag --ignore-certificate-errors, I need something like this.

I'm told by the Bank of Hawaii that Firefox is preventing me from contacting them. I get a message with "404" on it, and text that says address might be fake. Can anyone help me about this? I HOPE SO!

I have received an email from FireFox my account has been breached. Recommends I change my password. if I change it, will it eliminate ALL of my saved passwords for other sites? That would be a huge problem since I have so many, and a lot are for medical offices. How would I change my password? Please be very patient with me - and send very detailed instructions since I am not technology savvy. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I received an email saying my email, passwords, etc. may have been compromised. Info links said I should first change email and passwords.

When I try to connect to google to change my password, it says Mozilla won't allow. Please advise. Mike
