When I try to sign in on Morrisons On Line Shopping I am invited to add my user name and password, once done there is a pause then this appears:

This page isn't directing properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. Try again.

No matter how often I try again, the same thing occurs. It also occurs in troubleshooting mode, and also if I remove all of my security add ons.

This has only occurred since Xmas, and does not occur on any other browser.

I would like a fix, please.

I am on MacOS X with the latest firefox. I refreshed it and disabled AV and all plugins, it still crashed.

There are also no logs of the crashes I can find.

What should I do to enable them, or diagnose further?

Hello, i had microsoft edge since i bought my laptop which i usually get rid of instantly. But recently i started getting these errors especially trying to go to the T-mobile website. The errors i'm getting are " Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.t-mobile.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR " . Any idea how to fix this?

My appearance settings are set to dark mode but Firefox is only displaying in light mode. I've tried downloading various dark mode extensions to fix this, but they only seem to work on websites other than the firefox homepage or settings.

This is my first post here, hopefully one of the only ones I'll make too. But know that this issue warranted an account creation. So here's the issue/question:

Why did Firefox automatically switch my theme over to a forest green theme with a pop up window that gave my maybe 6-8 other color options or let me stay with my old one? (today on 1/15/2022). Is this native Firefox behavior or do I have to hunt a plugin/extension down? If it's Firefox then how to I turn that shit off FOREVER. No matter what's causing it it's incredibly intrusive and the lack of exit button is a low move from whoever did the ui/ux design. Any info would be appreciated. Win10 pro, Firefox 96.0.1 (64-bit) Darkreader, colorzilla, ublock origin, lastpass, decentraleyes, clearurls, and keepa installed. Can share more if needed

Despite all the topics on this matter, my Firefox still does not play netflix and hulu. Do I have to go to a chromium browser? I prefer Firefox, but not enough to stay if I cannot stream on it.

Over the years, I have become dependent on a bookmarks toolbar that shows only icons, but will show the text with a mouse hover, using the following in userchrome:

The upgrade to Firefox 96 broke this. I considered spending an hour or two deleting the text from all of the bookmarks on my bookmarks toolbar, but I depend on the mouse-hover tooltip with the text to remind me of some important but not all-that-frequently-used bookmarks.

So I installed Firefox, and now it has "disappeared" from the my Windows 11 system. It is not in the apps list, and i cannot search for it in the start search bar. Weird part is that the files are still in the Program Files folder, and clicking the application works.

I reinstalled Firefox and everything seems to be ok, but then it happened again.

Anyone has any insights?

However, when I enter a secondary email, (AlexR@currently.com) a red popup message says: account already exists.

How can I eliminate msrigg@pacbell.net? How can I replace it with AlexR@currently.com?

a few days ago Firefox (probably on update) deleted all my ten years of saved passwords and logins. This is BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE from them. What am I supposed to do know?

I'm in Amazon.com web site I have tried to play a video that I rented on line, but I get a message that reads (Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page) please try again later. which have for the last two days since installing firefox as my net browser. What can I do to improve this or have the components install sooner? any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Message I get is "Secure connection failed". I go to help-->troubleshoot-->refresh. It usually works once then next time it is the same. I've tried troubleshoot-->troubleshoot but that doesn't help either, I end up refreshing and then back to square one. Appreciate your help to a non-techie.
