How do I search x-rated or violent content with the Firefox browser without Google safe search puritans blocking my every attempt to do so. I don't what I've done or how to change it. I am just going around in circles of frustration. Good lord it's like I'm back into the puritanical dark age. PLEASE HELP.

I paid for a service that I now found is offered by you for fre.e. Why should I continue to support Firefox? What are you doing for me that is supposed to engender loyalty? Are you joining the litany of big companies purporting to be trustworthy and supportive of those of us who don't want to be lied to? Want to earn my trust? Refund my money ... or that trust will be forever destroyed. Please advise when you will refund my money? Thank you. False advertising is not the way to cultivate trust. Years and years, destroyed in a single greedy move. Shame on you.

I have Windows 11 in this Thinkpad!! Why was using FireFox which I guess is out of business? So now I need a way to get Gmail, but Google Chrome has pop-ups that are taking up 25% of my screen space!!! Why? Help? should I go to Best Buy? What to ask? What did I do wrong? I'm 81. I've always loved Firefox because it's open source, privacy-focused, and developed by a nonprofit rather than a company whose business depends on advertising. Despite all of that, it seems like relatively few people use it compared to other browsers.

Why do you think Firefox hasn't become more popular? Is it mainly because of marketing, website compatibility, user habits, or something else? I'd be interested to hear the community's thoughts.

I purchased Mozilla VPN (new customer) on February 7th. I canceled my VPN subscription yesterday (February 17th). When I signed up I was told that I have a 30 day grace period to get my money back. How do I get my money back?

Earlier. I purchased the annual subscription for Mozila's VPN. But after finding out it impacted my browser's performance negatively, I tried to cancel it. It got cancelled. But I haven't been refunded yet, and noticed that the card number on the receipt is completely different than the one I used, in fact. None of my cards have the number shown.

Until recently we had the use of AI Overview when searching. That has disappeared. How do we turn it on again?

I no longer use Mozilla VPN. Too many times I had to stop to visit sites and or delete and reload to get VPN to work. Please cancel my subscription. [edited from public] @centurylink.net Charles McFatter
