Hello,

I have a few problems at my house and am trying to send photos of my garden gate which is not working. I cannot upload these photos as I get a message "Vous n’avez pas les droits nécessaires pour téléverser ce type de fichier" which I've translated to "You do not have the necessary permissions to upload this type of file.

I am using Windows 11 (this is nothing to do with Onedrive as far as I am aware).

This is a recent problem. How can I sort it please? The photos are on my Desktop as they are easier to find here.

Hi, I'm using Firefox on Desktop and Mobile. For last couple of months, I've been experiencing a problem of Shopify stores loading. When we open any Shopity website (stores specifically), it never loads. Sometimes it shows blank page and sometimes nothing.

At the same time, those sites are working fine in other browsers e.g. Chrome, Safari.

However, when I switch to other wifi network (jazz.com.pk), then it works on Firefox too. I tried different methods to fix it, but no success. Before the websites were sometime opening, but for lost few days, 0 response.

Not sure, where is this issue, I contacted my network support (nayatel.com), they also unable to figure it out.

I tried everything on my end, but no success. Need your help.

I may have a problem with the new Firefox version 152: from my online application, I send a command string to a local printer reachable at https://192.168.1.xxx. It often succeeds, but sometimes it gets blocked. I don't understand what the problem might be because I don't get any error messages. The only thing I see that's different from the usual is this:

Local network access detected: main site "https://www1.storesales.it/alpha/RTL/veve.php", initiator "https://www1.storesales.it/alpha/RTL/veve_chiudi.php", accessing destination "https://192.168.1.xxx/cgi-bin/fpmate.cgi" (192.168.1.xxx:yyy) via xhr. Safe context: True, action prompt: (null)

However, it looks like an informational message saying everything is OK.

It seems that Firefox sometimes waits before sending the XHR call, which causes the call to time out. I have no evidence to confirm this. I don't know where to look for evidence. What can I do?

Today, after the last update of the software, I lost ALL my tabs (2 years of materials) and there was no way to recover them. Furthermore, I had to spend hours to retrieve at least the most important tabs I use for work.

This is not acceptable, please fix this issue and make the recovery of tabs possible and easy.

(I think) after the Today's update to version 152, FF stopped showing the blank page in "Home Page" and "New Tab". Instead a (kinda) violet page with a centered search bar is shown :/

Firefox VPN has completely disappeared. Last week it was installed in my browser. Now it has completely gone. It no longer shows up on the tool bar. I can't even click on it to reinstall it. I found the same question asked by another user, but the so-called answers below his questions were useless. They told us how to install it. But it is impossible to install it if the invitation icon is gone.

Trying to install Firefox (even though the icon is on my dektop at the left) it keeps askiing for authentication ,I have tried entering different passwords, but there seems to be no link if one has forgotten a password. Will this be updated?

I have a firefox account and I sync it to at least two devices. Now I need to change some settings. When I select the change, a prompt appears, asking for a confirmation code as expected. But I never receive a code on my e-mail. I tied many times, over the last days. I checked spam repeatedly. I added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts. What could be the problem? What can I try?

I selected SETTING for this question, from the dropdown menu "Which topic best describes your question?" because none of the selections are relevant for my question" which is about printing all "articles" on a yahoo news page such as:

If I simplify the printing I only get the first "article" on the page which, in the example I gave above is headlined with:

"'I'm the boss', Trump says at G7, as he warms to Ukraine's war aims"

If you page down you'll find the second "article" headlined:

"Trump says Iran deal averted 'economic catastrophe' but says he could still restart war"

If I specify simplify when printing the page, only the first article is printed.

Is there a way to print all of the articles using simplify?

UPDATE: I tried selecting reader mode but only the first article shows in browser window and prints.

Although I have my Bookmarks Toolbar set to "Always Show," none of the bookmarks are visible (and therefore, they're not functional, either). I have tried refreshing Firefox (it just hangs on "almost done") and downloaded /reinstalled the application. I have no idea what to try next (Mac Desktop).

Since the Firefox update to 152.0 64bit I have noticed that it takes two attempts to log into Spectrum email. The first time I try I get a IDID-4000 error (see below image) after entering my sign on and password. I then have to retry by selecting the bookmark again and then after entering my sign on and password a second time I can get in. This does not happen in Edge browser. I have tried deleting my sign on and password in my saved passwords in Firefox and then manually reenter my sign on and password at the prompt for Spectrum and then saving it again but it keeps happening. I have also tried turning off enhanced tracking, clearing cookies and site data, refreshing Firefox and stopping my Norton 360 and it still happens. There must be a bug in the new Firefox update 152.0 that is effecting the ability to sign into Spectrum as this was not happening before. I am wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem and is there a solution to fix this. Should I file a Bug Report about this? We should not have to jump through hoops or do some work arounds to try and get things to work like before as I have read with other questions having problems with 152.0 update. This update needs to be fixed.
