Is there a way to remove specific stories from appearing? I'm Canadian and do not wish to see what the US President has done in these stories. Google News has a hide feature for specific keywords. Does Mozilla?

Hi I use VoiceOver on my Mac to type quickly and it is integral for my day-to-day tasks. However, I encounter an issue when using certain commands to make selections and subsequent corrections to things I type in a text field.

A brief explanation of VoiceOver I am having issue with I speak "select previous word/sentence/paragraph" etc. (anything that isn't x letters) the command is not executed properly.

To be completely honest the commands are unpredicatble and more often than not select commands do not work.

So if I am searching something on google and VoiceOver mistypes or mishears something I need to manually go back and correct it, this is a big accesibility issue and it's a shame because I love firefox, however this is a major accesibility issue for me.

Every few Google searches, I get an unsual traffic message with a captcha to prove I'm human. This only happens with Google searches and I don't have the same issue on Chrome or Safari (I'm on a Mac). This only began about two months ago.

It's driving me nuts. I love so many things about Firefox, but this has been going on for months, and I'm about to give up. I found some "solutions" about privacy settings, but none of them have worked so far. I have changed IpV6 settings, privacy settings in about:config, and proxy settings in Firefox. Nothing has stopped it.

This only happens when I search on Google. It seems clear to me that Google and Firefox are not playing well together.

Is anybody else still experiencing this? Has anyone found a solution other than what I've noted above?

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro with the M5 chip. I am a Firefox user for many years as I prefer it to Safari or Chrome. I noticed that some of the bookmark links are having issues loading. There is a little dot that moves back and forth L to R next to the site name in the toolbar [see screenshot]. Some of the pages do not load and just stay blank. I reached out to Apple and they recommended to reach out to Firefox re updates as perhaps this issue may be addressed.

Dear Firefox,

When I copy and paste from Pages on a Mac, to a gmail email I am writing, I lose all the formatting. This doesn't happen when using a Brave browser, so I don't think its a gmail settings issue.

Can you help?

Is there a setting in Firefox that I could use to overcome this issue?

All of a sudden I cannot check out using shop on my IMAC. It has worked for me for years and now all of a sudden it stopped. Not sure what settings to edit. I can go through the check out process, but when I press check out the page will not load. I just get a shadow & spinning like it's trying to upload but it never does. If I switch to Safari I have no problems, but I prefer Firefox. Any suggestions or solutions appreciated. Lorri

Tried everything Please help how to get back my bookmarks on Firefox on my Imac This sometimes happens when install overnight usually view..side bar...bookmarks works but not this time the toolbar bookmark shows empty????

I wrote about 15 mins ago. Just wanted to add that when I go to profiles and try to delete others, clicking delete takes me to a firef. standard home page (sans bookmarks) and nothing about the 3 flowers/finalizing the deletion!?

I am also concerned about this flower icon, on my mac dock...can't tell if that flower is an abnormality that it thinks my "orignal profile" is not the profile of main use. This isn't just aesthetics: it seems to be telling me if I delete the other profiles, it won't stop that freakin flower icon from KEEPING MY COMPUTER/F.FOX FROM SHUTTIGI DOWN?

All I know is, everytime I go back to manage profiles and open ancillary ones (e.g test 2, Mac 15 Air, etc) I end up with more firefox icons on the right side of my dock!

Last time I got a reply, it was telling me f.f had a 'known issue' sore. the "yo've reached your limit for this account profile..create another on!" I made one, but it was then as now inte f.frfering further (white flower icon, having two operating f.f P or more operating at same time-stp[[omg my mac from sleeping, interfereing other ways. WHAT I AM ASKINNG IS HOW TO DELETE THE 2ND AND OTHER PROFILES! I GO TO MANAGE PROFLES T, AND I SEE THE FLOWER ICONS IN LARGE OPEN FLOER ICON/DRAWINGS WITH 'DELETE' AND A TRASH/BIN ICON BELOW EACH. WHEN I TRY EITHER ONE OF THE OTHER PROFILES, IT JUST OPENS THE MAIN FF. PAGE WITH A BLANK SCREEN, NO BOOKMARKS/TOOLBAR...AND DIALOG BOX TO IMPORT P/W'S HOW DO I DELETE ANY PROFILE IF THIS SECLECTED METHOD IS FAILED? WORSE, UNDER THE PROFILE I TYPE HERE WITH, IT HAS BOTH ITS NAME, AND THAT DAMN FLOWER ICON BELOW IT WITH "ORIGINAL PROFILE". DOES THAT MEAN IT THINKS MY IDENTITY IS BORROWED FROM SOM OTHER IDENTITY? IS THAT WHY I CAN'T GET RID OF THE ANCILARY ONES? THE MOZ. ENGINEER WROTE ME BACK TO SAY THE 'CREATE NEW PROFILE' WAS B/C OF A GLITCH ON THEIR END...IS IT RESOLVED? I already updated a few weeks ago (and lost all my bookmarks, passwords etc in that process, which was infuriating) and yet every day I get a notification in the "open application menu" telling me I need to upgrade. And every time I check the version of firefox I'm using, it says it's up to date (like I just did now--see the pic). Again, last time I got prompted the same way to download a new version, I lost everything. Why does it keep telling me I need to update? And how do I turn those notifications off?

Hello, in the last couple of days I spent a lot of time deleting old accounts stored in "passwords" in my Firefox account and making sure no vulnerable passwords were still around. I did it from my Mozilla account, on a laptop.

When I was done with it, I signed out from my account on my Android Firefox app, and deleted all the cache and the data, to remove all the old password. Unfortunately, when I looged back in my Firefox account, the old passwords were still there and synced on my laptop as well.

So, is there any way I can undo that Sync? The problem is that now not only all my cleaning pointless, but I changed the password for many accounts and the Sync override it with the old ones.

My firefox will not connect properly with the Bing Home page. It often provides a message "cannot connect" and when I click on that, it does. But yesterday, when I did that, all that came up was a screen with just a solid colour and the search bar on it. I used my Safari browser to access Bing, but I don't like using Safari.
