Hi everyone, I run a website, which provides information about mobile phone prices and SIM packages in Bangladesh. I’ve been working on improving page load speed using LiteSpeed Cache and Cloudflare CDN. While it works well in Chrome, I’ve noticed that Firefox doesn’t always cache pages or static assets (like images and CSS) as effectively. Does Firefox handle cache-control headers or service workers differently than other browsers? I’d also love any advice on best practices for implementing browser caching or service worker scripts that improve performance on Firefox without causing outdated content issues. whenever I do a Firefox update, there sometimes is a new extension included that I personally feel no use or need for..most of the time I can disable them w/programs like Ccleaner (see image), but some are persistent, and return the next time I open Firefox. Firefox always consumed a significant portion of my 8gigs of RAM, and my latest update to 144.02, it is approaching 15%. Any way I can stop this short of reverting back to previous version?

Launched this morning and the interface is totally different. That's not the problem All my bookmarks are gone and I'm unable to restore them

Can I move back to the previous version of FF?

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I manage the official website of ITTP, which provides information about our JBT from Haryana JBT from Haryana course. Recently, I noticed that the website isn’t working properly on the Mozilla Firefox browser. Some pages load slowly, and certain design elements like buttons and banners are not displaying correctly, even though the site works fine on Chrome and Edge.

I’ve already cleared cache, checked extensions, and verified that our SSL and JavaScript files are properly configured. Still, the issue continues on Firefox across multiple devices.

Could this be related to compatibility settings, outdated scripts, or browser-specific rendering issues? I’d really appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps to ensure the ITTP site runs smoothly for users searching for JBT from Haryana information.

Speech output for Albanian on the website "loecsen.com" > language course "Albanian". Words cannot be heard under Windows 11. What can I do? I downloaded the Albanian language pack, but the voice isn't there. Is this a Firefox or Windows problem?

I believe I had all this synced in Firefox Settings before I made the upgrade. Like all you fellow former users of Windows 10, I had to upgrade to Windows 11; and did so two days ago. Now, I found that I do not have under History any of the former sites I not only visited but also had tabs open. What can I do, if anything, to recover them? Under the Add-ons Manager, if this helps, I already had the app Tab Session Manager, but don't know how to use it. Thanks to all in advance who may have made this same upgrade. Many out there are still on Windows 10.

My Firefox keeps crashing several times daily.

Since updating to Firefox 144, access to bookmarks on my PC running Windows 11 25H2 has been restricted: - Sometimes no bookmarks are displayed at all. Instead, a message appears stating that access to bookmarks is restricted, for example, by a virus scanner. The problem persists even after restarting the computer. - Sometimes the bookmarks are displayed again, but I can neither delete bookmarks nor create new ones.

Disabling the virus scanner (Avira) and other security programs does not solve the problem either. The problem also occurs in Windows Safe Mode.

How can I use the bookmarks normally again?

I bought a new PC 64 bit with Win 11. Insalled the latest Firefox. Loged in to my account, but I can get sync to catch my bookmark the old PC. Eksported the bookmark in HTML from my old PC, but the new PC tells me this is not a HTML file? I shut all the extensions down, bult still no sync?

I have no problems transfer the bookmarks to Edge on my new PC, but I can still not import the bookmarks from Edge to Firefox. I hav read som articles from Morzillas site, byt I can solve this problem. Any good advise?

Im Firefox Developer habe ich seit ca. einer Woche das Problem, das die Lesezeichen nicht mhr funktionieren. Kann weder etwas anzeigen lassen, hinzufügen noch importieren.

Das zweite Problem habe ich heute 07.11.2025 festgestellt, habe einen neuen Tap geöffnet und es werde auf einmal die gespeicherten Webseiten nicht mehr angezeigt.

Was kann ich tun? Developer habe ich gelöscht und wider installiert, auch resettet, doch es geht nicht. Auf der zweiten Firefox Brwoser habe ich zwar die Lesezeichen, doch kann keine Webseite mehr hinzufügen. Auch bei öffnen eines neuen Taps, sind die gespeicherten Webseiten verschwunden.

This one is puzzling to me: On a website with login, whenever I click on an link to a pdf, a new tab opens (my normal setting) and immediately crashes (not my normal setting ;)). However, everything is fine elsewhere on the web, even on the same site in the sections without login. Here are some observations that may or may not be connected to this:

• If I right-click and open in new tab/window/download, everything is fine
• When I return to the tab where I clicked the link, the page reloads - independent of whether I did anything in the crashed tab
• the site-admins were not able to reproduce the problem, also it seems fine for other users
• the problem persists in troubleshooting mode, also manually disabeling extension did nothing, emptying cache etc. also nothing.

It is not like this is making me switch browsers (although no crashes in edge), but it bothers me to have no idea why this is happening. :) Maybe someone here feels the same? Thank you for reading either way!

Hi, I’m facing an issue where some websites do not load properly even after clearing the cache and cookies. Sometimes images don’t show or pages freeze. Is there a method to force fresh loading or bypass the cache?

After the last Firefox, it has blacked out all the short videos on facebook. I looked up the issue on youtube and several people are having the same issue. I followed some of the advice and unchecked a few boxes and it worked for a few times, and then went back to blacking out the videos. Tried two other browers and there is not problems. Go back to Firefox and the videos are blacked out.

Firefox has been going dormant (browser will not open), along with Task Manager and all Windows Admin Tools, whenever Windows 10 tells me it's time to update. I finally uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled, and now the browser opens, but all of my passwords and bookmarks are gone. I cannot find a "Profile" folder on my PC.
