My system is running Windows 10, and I’ve already tried disabling hardware acceleration and clearing my browser cache. The issue persists even when I’m in Safe Mode. I’m using the latest version of Firefox (XX.XX). Any suggestions on how to fix this?"

I am do not get sound using audio recorded with akamai player with Fire Fox browser. I tried the same link using Edge browser and the audio works.

I have tried clearing the cache, but still no sound.

How do I resolve this issue using Fire Fox as my default browser? Is there an audio extension that is needed?

My firefox browser has no sound. Google Chrome has sound. Problem appeared after scam attempt.

When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

Videos not playing

I am using Pop OS. Videos are not playing in firefox. In youtube it shows loading infinitly. In reddit all videos become green. I tried playing a downloaded video it also… (閱讀更多)

I am using Pop OS. Videos are not playing in firefox. In youtube it shows loading infinitly. In reddit all videos become green. I tried playing a downloaded video it also become green. These are only happening in integrated mode. If I use hybrid graphics mode all works good. I attached the about:support page and about:config page.

These files are taken in integrated graphics mode.
