Chase website now requires Mozilla Firefox update 128 or higher to access accounts. My version says my version (115.30) is latest update. Do I need to find a different browser or is there a solution? I am using Windows 7 Pro desktop. Thank you.

I have sound in Windows, but YouTube is dead quit. I have tried all that is suggested in Firefox help and some YouTube sites. Nothing worked. I have tried off the computer and restarted, but no change. My system is Windows 11, sound works, and the latest Firefox update installed. Question is this a YouTube tacit to stop NoScript and uBlock?

What goes wrong with a simple tracking request on the UPS website? Yritä myöhemmin uudelleen." A quick and dirty translation is: "We cannot execute your request right now. Try again later".

This is an everlasting problem. But try the exactly same link on Chrome or Edge, and it works fine.

Problem: Cannot clear history from Firefix Started with Menu and clear recent history. Looked everyplace there was information about history. Tried removing individual entries. Ran Malwarebytes. Dell XPS 8960 with Windows 11 less than one year old. No response with any steps I take. Also, there are no error messages. I am unable to clear history no matter which tools I use. No error messages. All the suggestions I tried had no effect. Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox.

Oddly, I tried my older Dell Inspiron 3650, with Windows 10, and clear history works like it should. 

Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. So far, all the advice goes down the same path; history, clean recent history, manage history, etc.. Tried refreshing and today I deleted Firefox app and reloaded. No improvement. My browser has been hacked by searchingswift.com, I've read all the article's I can find on getting rid of it with no luck. I've completely uninstalled everything including the mistake that brought it in (Coverseen miss pick file), but no luck.

Here's what I get after a complete reinstall and deleting any Firefox stuff I can find.

Windows 11 and New Firefox

Is anyone else having problems with the latest version of Firefox not rendering Google Calender, Amazon.com and other websites?

Have been having an issue for the past month or two where if left in the background firefox will slowly start to eat up my available ram. I was using it like this perfectly fine for years previous to now.

I dont have this issue when I'm actively using it, only when I tab away from it and specifically its not on screen. Once I tab back to firefox the ram usage immediately dips back down to normal. I have tried many things to try and solve this like doing a clean install of firefox, getting rid of extensions, clearing my browser cache, closing all other apps to verify it was just firefox, clearing my history, turning on hardware acceleration. Nothing seems to help, im really at a loss and I don't understand what changed besides it being updated in the past couple of months.

My computer is fairly heavy duty and I have 16gb of ddr4 ram that again was working perfectly fine to run firefox before these past couple of months. As a result of this issue however if left in the background for too long on accident firefox uses up all my idle ram and starts causing other programs to not be able to run and has even crashed my computer previously when trying to run a program like clip studio paint.

I have noticed that while running the firefox task manager there is definitely some difference in memory usage when i tab back in after letting it be in the background so I have attached screenshots of the regular usage while tabbed in and the captured usage when i tab back in.

Any possible solution is welcome because I really enjoy using firefox and i dont want to have to switch browsers unless absolutely necessary.

My Firefox browser just updated to version 143.0.1. When the browser reopened, there was an instructional page that opened in a new tab describing the Unload Tab function. I followed the instructions, right-clicked on the tab, the drop down menu appeared, but there wasn't an Unload Tab option. However, there was a Reload Tab option shown.

How do I resolve this? I'm using a macOS 15.6.1.

Why on earth would you remove the ability to select move multiple tabs anywhere in an open window browser???? Until recently, I could select the first and last tab, hold shift and move them anywhere I chose. Now that feature doesn't work at all. It duplicates one tab or I'm given a choice to move to the front or last of all open tabs! Please give me the feature back!!1

I received an email at an email account I don't use for my Mozilla Firefox, thus why seems suspicious and strange to me. So I researched it here and saw the answer to another persons same question. I did go and check, I am logged in. Firefox is my primary and I use it constantly. Also on my phone and tablet, same account. As I write this, I have about 15 tabs open and active. The email associated to my account is not the same as the one I got this email at. The email I got it in, I use for solicitation, signing up for things and things I don't trust. This is what the email stated (same info as what was posted by the other person that got this same post) I copied and paste vs. Screen shot... so the Mozilla logo didn't show up. I'm having some trouble with automatic translations on firefox. I don't know if It's exclusive of firefox, but some websites, mostly wikis, open a "translate" field that automatically creates a new website, wich causes the images and some other stuff on the website to break. I tried disabling the translation on about:config off, as show in some other questions, but it did not work. This is being really annoying because it keeps breaking websites unless i get to the original link.

Just noticed that Firefox only has translation for Chinese Simplified from Mainland China, but no Chinese Traditional from Hong Kong and Taiwan users. Any plans to get it going? I would hate to switch back to Chrome or Edge instead.

When I logged in this morning my bookmarks toolbar was gone, along with the favorite start. I have googled and followed support articles and the only thing I was able to do is get the menu bar to show along with the the bookmark menu but customizing the toolbar.
