What do I do to solve this - I get this when I 'try' to game in Facebok: "Sorry, your browser does not support this feature. Please use a different browser and try again."

So I had Mozilla account with Syncing Enabled before I reinstall windows (I had only Zen browser on my pc), and after reinstalling windows I downloaded Zen and got in my account, but after pressing syncing there is no passwords, no history, no bookmarks, literally no data that I had before, does that mean I lost all my data?

I dread the days where FF has an updated version of something for me to install.. because this issue ALWAYS rears its ugly head.

I've been ignoring the updates since Feb and for very good reason because this time (138.01 or whatever) I'm unable to bypass these security certificate expired error codes that say:

"If your clock is already set to the right time, the website is likely misconfigured, and there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem." 

I literally was able to access all these sites without issue until I downloaded your must have update. How is this fixed???

Should I just uninstall FF and go back to Brave? I'm so tired of dealing with this as a normal day to day, no coding/tech background, etc. internet user.

Dear Ty: I appreciate your efforts to help me, unfortunately, it did not work. FireFox is still at 115.30.0. Any other thoughts?

I thought there might be some software I could download to spoof the Chase system into thinking Firefox was a later version,

Please help, can anyone answer me. I am on Windows 11. Asus laptop PC. On Google Chrome, any streaming website I used with autoplay enabled would KEEP full screen mode ON after changing episodes. It would automatically go to a new page with the following episode and remain full screen. Why doesn't Firefox have this feature?? I'm seriously considering going back to Google Chrome for this one small feature. Every time I had any streaming service playing with autoplay enabled, I didn't have to manually select the full screen option every time. I am having to stand up and manually click full screen function. Every. Single. Time. This needs to change PLEASE.

Hello again. Yous answer Did you check the backups in the bookmarkbackups folder in the profile folder to see if there is a recent backup with a promissing bookmarks count?

Okay I will try this again. My issue is I do not receive mail from someone using a gmail,com account. The last gmail mail I received was on 8-28-2025. I send mail from my [email removed]@optonline.net account to a gmail address and I don't get a response. I have a known and trusted person send me mail from there gmail process and do not receive it. I spend a lot of time with optonline help and the say there mail process is working fine. It was suggested that my browser could be the problem, so I am coming to you to correct the issue. Just updated Firefox desktop (Win 10 with ESU) to 140.10.0ESR and now every site I try to access gives

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Sites were all working fine literally right before. No other changes at all. Have restarted a few times. Have disabled antivirus and adblocker extensions. Same problem including at google.com and even firefox. Note on the About Mozilla Firefox window says " Failed to check for updates". Also cannot even use the links there to go to What's new or Firefox help etc. (Gives Secure Connection Failed error). No proxy server. Have tried turning anti virus completely off. Just a combined modem/router -- basically vanilla.

Firefox is my primary browser so this is extremely disruptive. I am using Edge to access sites and post this.. though curiously enough I noticed it gave some error when checking for updates. Do not want to do anything there or will lose complete access.

Any suggestions .. or how to go back to a previous version, if necessary. Need a workable connection to file taxes next week so this is important. Thank you.

How to disable the Enterprise Roots preference-have tried everything I can find on this issue. In summary, deleting certificate via reg edit but this does not work, have to delete certificate every time I re start windows 11 desk top pc.
