I am a long-time Firefox for Mac user and recently, browser APP all of a sudden is ignoring selected PRINT preferences. Two examples are: Printing one-sided when two-sided is selected, and printing in color when the default and selected preference is for a "Black and White Fast Draft". I use a MacMini M1 running Sonoma v14.5 and Firefox v 127.0 (64 bit). My printer is an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 with up-to-date firmware. I have resorted to use of Chrome until I resolve this situation, though I prefer to use Firefox. In addition, while it may be a separate issue, I also found that the use of Firefox when using GMAIL developed a new issue at approximately the same time. Now, when clicking on the selection box for an individual email, Firefox often does not allow the box to be checked, but again with Chrome, it works just fine. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot open the uwyo.edu website on my Firefox browser. I have no problems with other browsers. I tried and checked the solutions people shared, but none of them worked for me. I checked the DNS and different networks, and I also checked the link below:

This is not a bug or issue, rather a use case question. I have a webpage with information and I don't want to accidentally click or submit anything on the page.

This could also be considering having a form etc in draft form as view-only so you go into "View Only Mode" and work the webpage as a reference etc. without having to worry about any accidental submission or mistakes.

If someone knows of Add-ons or how we can achieve it with FF, it would be much appreciated. Posting, since I expect to have this case often.

I have always used facebook messenger to video chat with friends, however suddenly it says tis facility is not supported by this browser. Do I have to leave firefox to find a browser that works?

I see that other people have raised this point,but there does not seem to be a response from firefox.

After 10:00 p.m. I cannot get into or use the inter net. I do have an account with you and I thought I could use it at any time to get in to the inter net with security.This started happening about two weeks. How can this problem by solved.

Up until a month ago, I was able to download gifs from the giphy.com as actual GIFs. What has changed in Firefox and how can I troubleshoot this so I can get the desired file format of GIF?

after downloading and installing v.126 of firefox, my history has disappeared. the browser is not generating new history from web site visits. the history is fixed permanently on a single web address. this is the web address of a site that is in my toolbar. this site cannot be deleted from the history. this site cannot be deleted through the preferences menu. the same site shows in the history file as the only site visited in the past several months, even though i have not visited that site in the past several months. the browser does not show my browsing history. the browser does not create a browsing history. my history function is permanently broken.

when I sign into Goog/setting/2 step, the page does not show "app passwords." I've turned off my ad-blocker extensions and pop-up blocker on the page. See attached.

When i scroll up and down on a page, it instead provides the back-page instead of scrolling up and down on the website. this is for all websites. the scroll function works oroperly in system settings, it is only with firefox. autoscrolling is enabled in settings.

I'm on OSX Catalina 10.15.7 and all of a sudden I am unable to get any sound from my FireFox browser. I tried to play audio/video from 3 different websites - Youtube, 123greeting.com and Gettr and while the video played, there was no audio coming out on any of the sites. I have no problems watching and hearing videos on my other browsers - Brave and Vivildi so this issue is with Firefox on multiple websites. Please advise as to where to look for some switch to turn the sound back on my Firefox browser. Thanks

I have just upgraded the OS on Mac Mini with the M1 chip to Sonoma (14.5) I am running Firefox 126.0.

Now it seems that I have more than one problem since the upgrade. The browsing history in my sidebar is not current. It is running about a day behind.

I reported earlier that the type on my LinkedIn is only out 7 pt when my settings have the minimum size at 14 pt.

Somebody please help. I'm afraid to do a refresh because I don't know what it will do to my banking settings.

Hi there, Can anyone help me please. Ive been using Firefox forever and yesterday I signed into a Gmail account to send an email to someone, I typed in who it was to, then subject and then when I went to type into the body of text, the keyboard wont work.

I thought there was an issue with the keyboard but I then I tried to type in issues on firfox and loads of text is missing, I basically cant use firefox at the moment as Im only viewing half the info.

Ive been sent a credit not from someone and this is what its viewing like.

I didnt change anything that Im aware of

I just updated Firefox & added recommended things. I went to "https://www.cranecu.org/" As soon as I hit the LogIn button I got an "Error 404" message. However, I called the office help & they suggested I try another browser. I switched to Safari the button works just fine. Any Suggestions? I am not the sharpest tack in the box when it comes to computers so please be simple. Thank You
