I had to create a new account so I could migrate all of my firefox info to my new computer. after verifying with the code, i got a error 404 code. when i log in now, it says my account is not active. how do i fix this???

FF115 Win11 I have synced my old computer to the new one but I am unable to open all the tabs transferred from the old to the new. (Right clicking on old computer name in the sidebar does nothing)

I was working on my 2023 14" MacBook Pro (M2 Pro, 16GB memory) and a window popped up stating I need to close an application due to me being out of memory. Then my computer froze and I was forced to do a hard reset.

Normally Firefox uses ~450MB however the window stated that Firefox was using 95.57GB of memory as indicated in the attached photo.

I have checked for crash logs and there are no reported crash events listed. And checking Activity monitor shows that Firefox is back to using its normal memory of ~450MB.

Can someone help provide some guidance on what happened and how I can prevent this from happening as I was forced to do a hard reset.

Keep getting message when I log into one of my accounts and key in on some headers "Your browser sent a request that this server could not could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." I'm then locked out of my account. I've been logging into this account for years now with no problem, and now I have a problem. If I log into my account using Microsoft Edge, everything works fine. What's going on with Firefox?

I have a few customers that use Firefox and the last month everyone has experienced an issue with tabs constantly crashing. Everyone is on the latest version and there really doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason.

I've tried: -Doing a clean install -FireFox refresh -Disabling Extensions (we only use uBlock Origin) -New Profiles

Not sure if this is normal but there's nothing in 'about:crashes' after it happens (i assumed because it's just tabs and not the browser itself).

These are all Windows 10 machines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I noticed recently that the "+" for new tab is no longer displayed and available. I have to go to File/New tab to open a new tab.

Does this happen only for me or it is a change that was made? What should I do to have it back as it used to be and it is displayed here:

How do I make the top of the FF page text larger? I can make what shows below larger but not what is at the top of the page.

And this goes to any page I open, even MS office programs. Even with my reading glasses I can't read the very small text. - jb

Firefox gives the following message on screens where news sites want to show for example a news clip "THEOplayer workers could not be loaded. Please check that the worker's version matches THEOplayer's version 5.1.0". Can this be solved? Or do I need to use Chrome instead?

Yahoo has a first page announcing that they will not be serving China accounts. There is no way I can find to get past the first page in the Firefox browser, whereas in Google, it moved past that page and opened normally. Please help. Carl Warsowe [removed email from public]

I installed the newest version of Firefox but when I start it, the startup page is different (see attached) than my previous page and it doesn't show display any of my bookmarks.(

I am running Firefox 115 on Fedora 38 (Linux). Recently videos stopped playing with the message 'This content doesn't seem to be working. Please try later.' I disabled all extensions - same result. I entered troubleshooting mode - same result. Any ideas?

Hi. When booking flights on my FF browser I cannot move onto the final booking page. You would nearly think that my prvacy settings are too high. I have to close FF down and move to another browser to complete.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Firefox seems to think I am in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. I am actually in New York and have no connection to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

Google Chrome on the same (Windows 11 Microsoft Surface Pro X) computer has the right location for me, as does Microsoft Edge. Checking my IP address with https://www.iplocation.net/ gives a location reasonably close to my real location and nowhere near Arkansas.

If I clear all cache in Firefox, it does go back to the right address - at the cost of a lot of annoying re-entry of routine information. But after a few days it goes back to insisting I am in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

Before I switch to Chrome, is there a way to fix this?

Why is some financial data on emails from my banks or other similar sources blocked from being printed as received on AOL mail? How do I restore ability to print complete and actual copies of these emails?
