i get a reply from DENYS to my reported problem,,,and after using EMAIL & WINDOWS for 20 YEARs - i fail 3X to reply to his response - WHAT a SAD CONVOLUTED MESS!!

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

this message comes up when I try to log in to any yahoo mail account from my desk top computer I have no other issues and loging into a gmail account works fine , this just started a bout 2 weeks ago and I have been trying to look at different settings and rebooting and deleting my yahoo from my web brouser - I use Mozilla as a brouser . I also tryed to log into yahoo mail useing mirosoft edge internet explorer and the same message comes up " Something went wrong " help please  ! !

I use Firefox and Chrome to access Jigsaw Planet. Firefox will not let me move a puzzle from one album to another. Screen turns gray. It will also not let me change to full-screen. Screen turns black. I have no problem doing either in Chrome. Dell Desktop PC - Windows 11

I pinned an address like https://www.example.com/necessary/path/so/this/works but when I open my PWA firefox connects to https://www.example.com which by some genius design throws me to a different website if I am not logged in. So I have to access the correct path from a regular FF window, then log in, then open my PWA.

PWAs must connect to the correct address (https://www.example.com/necessary/path/so/this/works), NOT the home page (http://www.example.com)

Is there a fix for this? How can I fix this?

For about two weeks, most of the pages/websites that I use that require logins/passwords will not load (or take an extremely long time to load--like an hour or more). Gmail and sports stats app are okay...banking, credit cards, social media, online shopping are NOT. Websites that do NOT require a login (local news, The Weather Channel, my city website) have no trouble loading at all.

I have made no changes to my computer since about February. I'm running Windows 11 (up-to-date), and Firefox says that it is also up-to-date.

I am only experiencing this problem on my desktop (but that is my device of choice) and not on my laptops or smartphone.

I have been using Firefox for many years and I was satisfied with this browser. For the last 2-3 weeks I have had a constant message that reads

Adjust your privacy settings

I did everything, I deleted, I enabled cookies, cleared cache, but the next day the same message is repeated again. I'm tired of it because I have to retype my passwords every day and I'm close to permanently using MS Edge which serves me perfectly fine. Please give me the correct instructions on what to do to get Firefox to load my email normally again or I'm really going to quit Firefox forever.

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.

All of a sudden I Google search in Firefox isn't fully working. I only use Firefox but I tried the same thing in Edge and that works. I can search simple things in Firefox e.g. recipe for beef stew but when I ask for natural recipe for stain remover on clothes for example it just comes up with the word "thinking" and nothing else happens. I have NOT changed any settings. Thank you. Oriel

This is to report that after clearing the cache for eBay.com in Firefox, the site now loads correctly. Please dismiss my earlier reports regarding this matter. Thank you, Chauncey R. Black
