I have forgotten the purpose of the green outline around the page's border. What does it do and how to turn on, after turning it off. Thanks in advance. Let me know if this is an extension or some other feature. Thanks, JJE

Anyone know how to fix this? (See image) This is ONLY Firefox on Windows 11. I tried everything ChatGPT suggested but nothing works. I know it is a minor thing, but it is visually annoying to me because I prefer Firefox over Chrome. But Chrome works just fine. And please note this is a brand new Windows 11 PC and first install of Firefox. I have reinstalled several times and it doesn't change. Nor does any CSS hack ChatGPT threw at me. Thanks if you can fix it!

I use a dark background theme to reduce glare. Text usually appears white, as expected. Today, 12/13/24, the text is black. I am using version 133.0.3 (64-bit) Firefox Browser. I downloaded an update within the past few days, and while I have used the browser, I haven't typed anything onto a browser page until this morning.

Text and background appear normal with other applications.

I was wondering whether this has been reported or found previously.

I am continuing my search for other applications this my affect.

Recently I have been unable to log into Reddit. Firefox is up to date, cookies and cache has been cleared, ublock origin has been disabled, still doesn't work. I can click 'Log In', enter my username and password, and then it is impossible for me to click the Log In button to advance. Left clicking the button, pressing enter, pressing tab until it is highlighted then pressing space, none of these work. I can open Edge and log in no problem. What do I need to do to fix this?

I'm not sure I have the right topic as I didn't see what I will try to say. The problem is when I send an email (googlemail), I cannot insert a photo/picture in the email. The only thing I can do is attach which I do but want it inserted too. This only started happening about 2 weeks ago. It is now to the point where I have to use another browser to get it to work as it should. Any ideas why?

HELP !!!!!!!

When I go to the website https://www.rebateinternational.com/RebateInternational/contactUs.do and I try to fill out the webform on that page and use autofill to fill in the e-mail address, it gives me an error message that says "please enter a valid email address" even though the e-mail address is valid. Also, if I do not use autofill, but simply type everything in manually, it still gives me that same error message. This problem does not occur in Google Chrome, but it does occur in Firefox. Sometimes I can solve the problem by erasing part of the email address and then re-typing that part, but that doesn't always work. It also doesn't work if I erase the entire e-mail address and type it in manually. The problem does not appear to be caused by add-ons and does not appear to be caused by hardware acceleration, because I have disabled add-ons and have turned off hardware acceleration. It also does not appear to be caused by cache and cookies, because the same problem occurs after I clear the cache and cookies. I will appreciate any response you can provide to help solve this problem.

I have been using Private Browsing to read https://www.dailymail.co.uk for years because it blocks the adds. Now for the second time in years it seems to block a part of the page I don't want it too block. And for the life of me I cant remember if I did something to fix it the first time or Mozilla fixed it. Anyway the problem does not show up in ordinary Firefox but the adds make it so hard to concentrate while they keep flashing on and off all the time. So I have attached two screen shots to show the difference between the two Ordinary & Private. Any ideas very welcome. Thanks. Hello, I have a mac os high sierra version 10.13.6. Google meet has stopped working since yesterday. I updated firefox (115.19.0esr). That doesn't work either. Do you have any advice for me? I hope! Thank you so much! Marie Dupuis
