Last week I deleted browser data & cookies (for a Microsoft account I use) & then I accidentally used an incorrect password to login to Facebook & they locked my account. When I tried to change my password they didn't recognize my device, which I've been using for MANY years. They also reject photos of my i.d. & won't tell me why because I'm apparently trying to communicate with an a.i. bot, NOT a human being. P.S. To make things even worse, I was locked out of my phone, which kept asking me for a password that I've NEVER set up. So I had to do a factory reset & lost ALL my data.

I've tried everything I can think of & I'm wondering if it's possible to get at least some of the data back?

the latest browser update removed all my toolbar folders, all my Recent activity , my history etc etc, i am so damn pissed off about this as i had my work and personal websites saved in all my folders, ans all my favorite websites saved in my recent activity, so i want all them back ASAP so how do i do that?

this is urgent that someone fixes this asap , so it would be much appreciated for you to fix the issues as it was your update that done it.

I can't seem to restore my bookmarks. Latest version of Windows crashed my system and had someone helping remotely to restore and revive it which was done.

However, it appears that the "import bookmarks" feature doesn't allow me to import my firefox bookmarks. And I had thought that I had imported them, but now they are no longer available under import bookmarks. And there are no bookmarks available either.

I think something happened with things the remote person was doing but can't verify.

Is there any way to get back a few years worth of work bookmarks? Thank you,

Hi, Firefox said to me that it needed a repair so I did it, but I wasn't aware that it would remove all of my extensions, I really need them they had really important data, crypto wallets etc. I did go into the profile section but it didn't seems to have any extensions. Is there any ways to fix that? Thanks a lot

When my Firefox crashed today, I chose to restore it rather than troubleshoot. When it was done, my bookmarks icon had disappeared. Yet when I go to the individual websites, I can see that each one is still bookmarked. How can I restore the icon that used to be in the toolbar at top? Thank you for any help you can give. I have been using Firefox for many years now and this is the first time I encountered this problem.

All my data seems to have disappeared. I have no browser history, and all my bookmarks are gone. the only browser history shows when I started looking for the lost data, anything before that is gone. please help

My previous post seems to have disappeared, so will try again. I am 85 years old and have been using Thunderbird fo over 15 years with out any problems. Afew days ago I tried to send an e-mail and didn't have any "Send" button. In trying fix, I some how deleted my contacts sidebar. I sill have my addresses book. I have tried everything to retrieve them but no luck. I tried removing Thunderbird and reinstall, but it comes back the same. I would appreciate an guidance in trying to resolve my problem. Hello, I lost all of my bookmarks in Firefox from a big error on my part. I really need these back. I think they are in a file named "places.sqlite" which is 5,120kb in size. How can I get the info from this file to put back in my Firefox bookmarks? Or how can I see what's in this file? Thanks for any help. Woodrow Gray

Last week my (very old) computer crashed and upon restart, Firefox was displaying the attached error image. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox several times in an attempt to get it to work but upon re-installation(s) every tab would just say "Your tab crashed". I was receiving the 'Bad Image' error code for Firefox as well as other software such as my pdf reader and iTunes. I took my computer to my local shop where they told me my computer was running out of memory and so they've installed some more as well as upgrading my 8gb RAM to 16gb.

I'm now able to run Firefox again, and my other software, but I've since lost the profile, with my tabs/bookmarks/history all gone. I'm super ADHD and so was very reliant on my bookmarks and my many tabs to organise my life.

I've tried importing old profiles from an 'Old Firefox Data' folder but none of them have my old bookmarks etc. The 'Old Firefox Data' folder seems to be dated after the crash.

I also did not have a Mozilla account at the time of crash. Is it possible for me to recover any of my old profile data? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

w11 on laptop. Cleaned PC using CCleaner. Restarted windows. Launched Firefox and only 1 tab with calendar opened. Went to History but no indication of the previous session available. ?

Hello, I have been trying to get my old data back because I was able to get it done the last time when it happened in 2021 but my computer restart itself last night and I don't know what else to do since I tried to ask my little brother for help which didn't went too well even though I do appreciate him for helping me out but now I'm feeling frustrated about what else to do now.

My laptop crashed and I had to format my hard and install new windows.

I have kept my passwords database files, which uses to be key3.db and key4.db along with logins.json and logins-backup.json files from my old use with me separately...

But the new Firefox folder didn't create these files anywhere where I could replace them with my files to get my stored passwords back.

Please help me restore my data from these files onto my new Firefox so I can get my stored passwords back.
