Hello, in order to store my payment information in Firefox the Mozilla website indicates: "Click the Privacy & Security panel and scroll down to the Autofill section" But I don't have an "Autofill section", just a "Passwords" section with check boxes for autofill usernames and passwords. I want Firefox to suggest stored payment info the same as Chrome, right now I have to switch browsers when I want to purchase something.

Why without updating the browser I have a problem where the browser no longer shows the window with the suggested password

Why does your browser break without anyone's intervention, why does it stop showing the password insertion menu as before, and there is no way to fix it. Every time you screw up, I just have to reinstall the browser?

I logged onto a hotel site with Firefox and when I progressed to enter my name, the autofil came up with 4 names that weren't mine. The top two are people I do not know and are not included in my contacts. The bottom two are people I know but are not on my contacts in this format at all. Is this a security concern?

I also failed to get my two factor authentication code when trying to access Mozilla so have had to set up a new account to make this message. I am concerned about security issues relating to both of these.

Autofill keeps bringing up an old email address as a choice when logging onto website accounts. When I accessed 'Autofill' under 'Settings,' there was no choice for email addresses (see circled area on photo). Is this not a feature, or am I in the wrong place? If this isn't a feature, I would like to suggest this addition.

I want to edit my auto-fill data, I suspect it may have errors. How do I get to see and edit the auto-fill data that has been entered into my browser? I have looked and can't locate this info.

I have sound when I watch Youtube videos using Google Chrome, but they do not work when I use Mozilla Firefox. The sound used to work on Youtube videos using Mozilla Firefox, but now they don't work. I don't understand what happened. And I don't know how to fix the problem. I've tried re-installing Mozilla Firefox and unchecking my hardware acceleration in the settings, but still no audio on Youtube videos. Please help!

I don't know how predictive text turned on but it's running in facebook and gmail. Settings in gmail for predictive texting is turned off, but predictive text continues to run.

I cannot find my auto-fill data for first name, last name, phone. I see Addresses and Credit card only. My phone number changed and I would like to edit that auto-fill data

I formatted my PC recently, but since then, your browser does not play sound on other websites apart from youtube.com. I thought that my PC was faulty so I reinstalled Windows 10, still no sound.. Please help

Hi. Populating stored credit card data used to be working fine, but has stopped working on my desktop PC several moths ago (at least). When I click on one of the stored credit cards on a payment page, nothing gets populated in the fields. That happens with all stored cards. On my laptop PC that has a fingerprint sensor the populating of credit card data still works, but now I'm being asked for a fingerprint. Before I didn't need to provide my fingerprint to use the stored credit card data. I assume by the different behaviors of the desktop and laptop machines that at some point some "security feature" has been added to Firefox that broke usage of the stored credit card data on my desktop PC. What is that and how can I disable it?
