i cant beleive it mozilla has such [edited] sustomr service that dont help at all total waste of time going through all the faqs and no human to talk to. mozilla needs to improve customer service help section.

When a tab is opened or moved into a new window (image 2.png), the additional windows will disappear from the Windows taskbar after a few moments (image 3.png) and cannot be accessed via Alt+Tab, the only way to reach that window is via dragging the windows around or with the Firefox View tab.

I have had this account several years and never had a problem, today just now I have two different email accounts. I use my account [edited] @gmail.com for verifying but I use my desktop computer and that email is [edited] @outlook.com. I noticed that that email was entered incorrectly. I was afraid that email may have been hacked. I did not see and option for me to make the correction.

I am (again) running into trouble with spelling.

Doesn't quite work. Wrong things declared, etc.

I see a "badly spelt" word. Double click, go to add dictionary.

To the best of my knowledge, it is installed. Others point me to about:config spellcheck.dictionary

But that is not really offered to me when I am typing the name. So probably doesn't exist.

I'm trying ITMT, but would like some help please.

When I try to log in, I get the "your account has been locked for security reasons" message. I understand I'm supposed to get an email with a code to confirm my identity, but I didn't. I tried multiple times in the last few days. The only mail I got from Mozilla is one asking me to log in to change my password. But obviously, I can't log in.

I received a messaged PURPORTING TO BE a Firefox message that my google cloud was hacked and scammers have passwords and all data. Is this a scam? Peter Neumann [edited email and phone# from community support forum]

Anyone know what's needed to style the text color in *PDFviewer's highlighted "Find" results, AND make it readable?

It's easy changing PDFjs' highlighted background colors of "Find" results (Ctrl + F). Due to "textLayer" use in pdfjs, may not be easy to change text color for the same results (and be readable).

Adding the property, "color: red !important;" to both rules creates a RED text layer in highlighted results (misaligned w/ original text).

Why is my news feed nothing but left wing garbage, from Politico, NPR, CBS. ABC, NBC, MSNBC, to Time to Huff Post, there is nothing Center or Center Right, it is all Lame Stream Left Wing Garbage.

What's up with that? We need some ideological diversity, in other words not Group Think.

I want some Fox News, Breitbart, Daily Wire, Town Hall Media, etc., and to be balanced you can throw in your current biased feed too. At least then, I can read the issues from several points of view, which after all, that is what it is all about.

Otherwise just leave my news feed splash page empty, I am quite adept at using several news sources for m information on the news of the day.

I had this exact same issue and solved it using the exact same process. But it's kind of annoying not knowing why it happens. Does anyone have any clue?

Need help. Just installed Firefox on Windows 11 on a new computer. I tried to sync the bookmarks so that it was like all the other versions I've had. But, I can't. I can put bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar, but where I used to have the Bookmarks Menu as a STAR on the top right of monitor I can't seem to do it. I miss opening a folder and having multiple bookmarks opening all at once. A little help please. Thanks...

I've noticed that whenever I press ⌥⇧Space (option-shift-spacebar) in Firefox Developer Edition, it causes the page to refresh.

This behaviour seems to be consistent across devices.

Is there a way to change/disable this behaviour? It is very inconvenient, as it often causes me to accidentally trigger a page refresh when I type an em dash (`—`) in a text input (opt-shift-dash, and then type a space character after it, I'm very likely to hit opt-shift-space by mistake 🙈).

I am curious if anyone has any experience using Firefox and the Weston keyboard. My hardware is a TI-skam62evm with a touch screen. When I run firefox the weston keyboard does not ever pop-up.

I can get the keyboard to show up with chromium if I pass in the --enable-wayland-ime flag when I launch chromium.

I did some digging and my trail ended with looking at WAYLAND debug logs that show weston advertising zwp_input_method_v1 and zwp_text_input_manager_v1 but firefox not binding. What input method does firefox use?
