Ich habe seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass sowohl in Firefox als auch in der Thunderbird-SW die Passwortmanager unregelmäßig automatisch (?) gelöscht werden. Sämtliche Passwörter habe ich in einer Datei gesichert, es ist aber unheimlich lästig, wenn ich dauernd die Datei wieder einlesen muss. Auf meinem Laptop habe ich dieses Problem nicht. Beide Geräte werden mit Windows 11 betrieben.

Is it possible to add a 'note' to a saved username and password combination to a particular website? This is important in cases where (idiotic) websites require the user to have multiple usernames and passwords for different login routes/roles.

Is there a way I can have Firefox permanently offer the option to generate a secure password? Many, many, MANY times Firefox will not recognize that a particular input field is for a password, and therefore does not offer the option to generate one. Considering everything on this forsaken planet requires creating an account now, this minor issue has become very common and annoying for me.

To reiterate: I would like Firefox to always offer to generate a password, regardless of how the input field is labeled or marked up. Thanks!

I have an unusual problem. Password manager keeps dropping the last 4 letters of a website. It is a login portal for specific court case ao it must be correct. The address it keeps going to is not the correct portal. the correct address is "https://www.secure-portal.com.au/tca" but as soon as I press save it changes to "https://www.secure-portal.com.au" completely different place and I cannot login from here. Does anyone have any ideas ??

It supports operation mises about Windows OS and preinstalled applications, but doesn't support Windows's bug trouble shootings. I ask questions. Have Firefox development team previously confirmed that it works? Does you have Bugzilla ID about functionality check with passkeys in Microsoft password manager or something like it?

it would be very helpful if you could add a box in passwords for notations, this way I could comment exactly what this password is for if I need to remember additional information or to add comments for myself regarding that particular site. would be very handy

My used name and password for Well Fargo online is saved on fire fox and I can not change it on the Wells Fargo system. They have tried to help me in there system but when I put in the new user name and password it goes back to ORIGINAL user name and password.
