Good morning One and All Why is the 'customise' facility, bottom right of tab, not available if the tab is blank? I have downloaded a personal photograph as my background but it is ruined by the Google search bar and the Firefox logo above it. Why can't these 2 items be moved either to the side, below or above?

Issue Summary: My website (mass-doc.com) displays blank thumbnails in Firefox's New Tab "Recent Activity" section, while other websites (Claude.ai, Ahrefs, FamilySearch, Fox News, Xfinity) display their OG images correctly in the same section. Environment: Extensions Installed: uBlock Origin, FireShot (both tested disabled with no change)

Hello. i noticed that my shortcuts are missing. i went to settings to check if it's enabled (check mark) and it is in fact enabled. tried to reset my computer and the shortcuts are still not there. on the main firefox page there is actually no shortcut icons on there...at all. all of the options in settings work with the exception (of course) the shortcuts. i would like to know why this is happening...thx

I'm trying to figure out how to get the recommended stories independent of Firefox Desktop.

So, by default, what domain or IP does Firefox send API requests to when it fetches the recommended stories on the new tab page?

Hi I don't like to search in address bar. When i open a new tab/ page the search cursor goes into address bar. i have to click in search bar in the middle of the page in order to do my search. Can I avoid this and directly search? Regards

why everytime i open i new tab it appears in my shortcuts section i only pinned like two sites and evry time i open a new page it appears in the shortcuts and theres no setting that i can turn off

Firefox fails to show short cuts in browser page and verified shortcuts is checked and can't find top sites settings. I previously had this show up every time I open Firefox.

I want to drop ALL SPORTS CONTENT ON MY NEW PAGES & HOME PAGE. Every day I 'dismiss' every one. I 'thumbs down' every one. I've reported as SPAM, OUTDATED, tried to find modifications in 'settings'. I've clicked on the pencil at the bottom right corner...ZERO help. All I could find is the choice to "allow" or "not allow" recommended by & curated by staff. HELP ME MAKE IT STOP, PLEEZE.

on all New Tabs and too Windows the Weather-Functionality appears wrong. It appears absolutely impossible to change the Weather for the actually location - so it appears as you may delete that future in general

I just opened Firefox and there was a tab with three cute little foxes on it, but I reflexively closed it.

I closed it without even checking the contents properly, so I have no way of finding out. I also looked at the history but it wasn't there.

It was a very simple drawing (the eye was represented by a single vertical line).

Can I see this painting again? Or can you tell me the artist who painted it?

I want to add shortcuts that appear when I open a new tab. The instructions say to go to the site you want to add, then click on the 3 dots and choose add your shortcut. I don't see the three dots to click on, just the 3 lines. Any help would be appreciated.

3 of the sponsors I've encountered (amazon, Google, temu) (I'll be honest, I don't pay attention often so there's probably others) are incredibly well-known for having terrible practices. Amazon exploits its workers, pollutes a bunch, and even works with israel. google sells user data, and also pollutes a bunch and works with israel, and temu potentially uses slave labour, as well as polluting a bunch.

I understand Mozilla needs money to operate but I'm sure there are tonnes of ethical businesses it could promote

I would like to browse the archive of articles that appear with a fresh set every day on the Firefox home screen. Is the archive available? If not, can Firefox make it available for all the users? I am sure that I am not the only one interested in browsing the archive of articles and reading those that interest them.

EVERY SINGLE TIME FIREFOX UPDATES THEY OPEN A NEW TAB AND ADVERTISE FEATURES AND GARBAGE I DO NOT CARE ABOUT.

DESPITE EVERY SETTING IMAGINABLE, IT STILL DOES IT. EVERY TIME.

WHY? WHY DO YOU NOT RESPECT YOUR USER'S REQUESTS AND CONTINUE TO DO THIS?

WE ALL REMEMBER THE TIME YOU SHOVED ADVERTISEMENTS INTO IT.

I"D RATHER PAY FOR FIREFOX THAN HAVE THIS RIDICULOUS GARBAGE HAPPEN EVERY TIME YOU UPDATE THE APPLICATION.

MAKE A SETTING FOR THIS OR SOMETHING THAT YOU WON'T JUST IGNORE OR OVERRIDE THE NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO SPAM YOUR ENTIRE USER BASE
