Bonjour, Cela fait plusieurs message que je vous adresse mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse ? Depuis votre dernière mise à jour de Firefox, Je n'ai plus aucun marque page ni Favori. I deleted my history and it also deleted all my information. I cannot sign into any thing because it is not sending the code to my phone. Even on other browser I cannot get any infomation because the code is not being sent go my phone and I cannot use my email because I cannot get a code to open it. Please Help.

I opened my computer several days ago. Firefox updated itself sometime recently while my laptop was closed. Once I opened it, it made me create a profile to continue. Now ALL of my history is deleted. All of my windows and tabs are gone. There is no history beyond the profile it made me create to continue using it. Is there any way to get back the previous history? This is about enough to make me give up on firefox completely.

your browser did an update on my windows 11 home version laptop and now I cannot access my bookmarks and have a message at the upper left side of my browser screen.....

All my bookmarks are dissappear. I tried follow the instructions how to restore, but it's still didn't work. when I select Manage bookmark, Import/back up, select files. It pops up an error. Is there any other solutions that you can help me with. thank you very much for your concern and support.

Mozzila не открывает предыдущую сессию, соответствующая галочка в настройках стоит. Я пробовал разные способы, указанные в часто задаваемых вопросах. В том числе с подменой данных в папке sessionstore-backups: запускал браузер - находил эту папку - вставлял нужный файл .jsonlz4 - перезапускал браузер. В таком случае все мои вкладке были на месте НО после закрытия-открытия браузера сессия снова сбрасывается. При очистке браузера, появлялась кнопка "восстановить предыдущие вкладки", восстановление происходило, НО закрыл-открыл браузер - и снова пусто. Пробовал удалить браузер и установить снова - та же проблема. После запуска, если открыть журнал - в разделе недавно закрытые вкладки, недавняя история поиска - пусто, как будто предыдущей сессии вообще не было. Как исправить эту проблему? Примечание - мои закладки, введённые пароли и расширения на месте.

This keeps happening and is getting worse every day.

Firefox is refusing to load tabs sometimes every few hours but recently every few minutes so I have to shut it down and restart it, sometimes when I do I lose all my pinned and non pinned tabs, I can't remember what they are so manually restoring them doesn't work.

There should be a way to backup all tabs so they can be restored when this happens.

FIX IT FFS.

OS: Linux Mint Latest update of Firefox

Is it possible to restore firefox to a previous version to recover all my data? After update, all my firefox pages, tabs, bookmarks and history have vanished. Please help me recover or restore. Thank you!

I have followed all the Restore instructions to get my 1 plus years of bookmaarks back. Manage Bookmarks application will not open or show ther ever where any backed up files. The steps " Manage Bookmarks/Import/Choose File" function never responds or directs me to select a folder. There are two folders on my Desktop that are named Firefox Bookmarks. See attached screenshots.

Recently, Firefox updated and ask me to setup a profile, which I have not yet done since importing my data from google chrome in 2025. After skipping the setup, Firefox then deleted all my data and it has since been irecoverable. I have already checked the box last update that specifically said to not ask me again for setting up my profile. After the recent update, the question popped up again and now I cannot recover my original profile, all my browsing history, all my browser-saved data, and all my cookies and logins

I retired an older desktop unit several months ago and am no longer able to access the bookmarks associated with my account. My profile information now says account disconnected, followed by my email address. Below that the words Profile 1 appear. The menu below is the regular menu for actions on Firefox but none of the bookmarks from the original computer appear. Is there some way to access them?

I've lost everything in bookmarks. The toolbar. The general bookmarks. Everything. Could this be because I tried to download Claude on my new mac mini. Help please. We only use firefox. All the time!
