Since the beginning of the year, mail from people who are sharing political ideas have found a way to get their e-mails placed on my Firefox mailbox. Most of what they are selling is hearsay. How do I teach Firefox to exclude these unwanted pieces of 'garbage'? For example: UAF Report, Red Right Daily, Zero Hour Patriots, The Patriot Chronicles, Steadfast and Loyal, are, at the moment, the one ones that I am now finding in my Firefox mail box every day. I would like for Firefox to stop allowing them to find their way into my mail box!

I would suspect that in the future, this problem of 'unwanted e-mails' is going to get worse. Does Mozilla Support have a solution for this problem?

My landing page provides ZERO help. vvvvvvvvvvvvvv

To change your email or avatar, visit the Firefox Accounts page, learn more.

I click on "learn more" only to be redirected to a page with not a word about what i want to know.

Anyone is welcome to email me a STEP BY STEP tutorial.

I'll be grateful.

Another thought: What harm can it do if i could copy/paste my "NAME" from the TOP RIGHT. Right now, here it is; hand typed from my keyboard with my index finger:

So I've been doing a lot of distro-hopping over the last couple of years and every install has an instance of firefox + assorted info in the "Connected Services" list. I can log out of them individually, but this is going to take a daft amount of time. I really do mean "a lot of distrohopping". There must be at least 300 entries, probably more. Can I 'log out of all devices' and then back in to clear the list? The alternative would seem to be to export everything, then make a new account and import it back.

As an aside, in the course of chasing this feature down I discovered that it's no longer possible to remove old devices from your Google account.

Thanks I've been a firefox user since the first Beta of the then named Mozilla Sunbird. Always loved it. Always recommended it to anyone who would stand still long enough to listen, as the saying goes.

Can Firefox be setup to always open in the same one location and not open in the prior location? I have multiple displays and I want Firefox to always open on the primary display. I often watch training videos and I run those on a second monitor but then if I want another Firefox window it opens over the video. I want it to always open on the main monitor and I'll move it if I want.

I've been searching far and wide for a keyboard shortcut to switch between Firefox windows on my Mac.

To be sure: I know two ways for switching between Firefox tabs: • Go to the tab to the left or the right: Option-Cmd + the left or right cursor key • Go to tab nr. x: Cmd + x

I also know how to switch between different applications: Cmd + Tab (on the Mac).

But I don't know how to switch between Firefox windows. This is a pain, because I often have a few "steady" tabs open in one Firefox window, while I'm searching around in another window, opening multiple tabs as I go. But for switching, I always have to choose the name of the other window from the Window menu, which I finally decided is enough of a drag to ask for help.

In the Mozilla/Firefox support, I find lots of tips saying Cmd + ~ does the trick.

But it doesn't work for me. I don't know why: I do have a compatibility version (78.13.0esr) of Firefox on my old Mac, so I tried on a PC with the latest version for Windows 10 to see if that made a difference, but no: Firefox Windows 10 doesn't work with Cmd + ~ there either.

I'm a web designer, trying to move away from Chrome because of privacy/security issues. I'm also 63 years old. My eyes are old. The text size on the tabs and bookmarks is very difficult to read. I don't want to increase the size of everything else - ***just the tab and bookmark text***. I've tried the fix seen elsewhere in the community for this question, but that doesn't change the size at all. If I increase the size, say by Zoom, that's a problem with my page layout. Can anyone help, please?

I'm on a Mac, but using an LG monitor, so no Retina display.

Hi all. I am using Windows 10 OS and Microsoft Outlook for emails.

When presented with the dialog box for downloading/saving a file, can Firefox directly attach the downloaded file to a blank email using my email client?

I have done a one-line batch file (which seems to work with "open with") that has the command:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\outlook.exe" /a %1

and it seems to work, but is there an official or quicker solution? one that doesn't have to involve browsing for the batch file (having to type * or *.* to not show only .exe/.com files) with the "open with" option?

Alternatively is there a right-click context menu with a "send to" or "email to" that opens the email client and a blank email with the downloaded file already attached? (Or possibly there is a mailto or sendto command that can be selected in "open with"?)

Thank you.

Hello, I only use "Top Sites" on my Firefox Home screen. I wanted to change the number of Top Sites on my Firefox Home screen from 4 to 5 rows. I was able to change browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSitesRows from 4 to 5 rows. It works correctly.

I have a 24" monitor. FF currently has 8 columns. I have room for 10 columns. Is there any way I can change the number of columns from 8 to 10? I don't see any option for that and I have searched for it.

Thanks in Advance.

I would like to suggest a feature for the hotkeys similar to F6, but I have no idea where is the "suggestion box" for Firefox

What is the link for feedbacks?

My idea Existing shortcuts: Focus Search Bar command + K Focus Address Bar command + L (F6 too)

I discovered that F6 is better coded, because it works like a toggle to focus and unfocus real quick

Even if in a Mac environment it's a bit more tedious to always hold fn button too

So, why not allow cmd K and cmd L to easily toggle on/off too?! :D
