Roboform password keeper cannot fill in user or pw on Mozilla login page

Please see below, this discussion with Roboform tech that RF cannot fill in username or pw on Mozilla login page. Is it really Mozilla’s intention to make it impossible for a password keeper program to store and login to Mozilla on the Firefox browser, but to force people to use some other browser to do such a login that customers may have to do several times a day?

Firefox prohibits access to this URL to extensions, so RoboForm cannot save a Login for this address when you visit it in Firefox.

If you try to use this URL in any other browser, you will be able to save a Login and then use it to log in your Firefox account.

Mozilla Support, I look forward to your reply. As it is now, I can only login to Mozilla using my long, strong pw, by copying it from secure storage location and pasting in...very slow and tedious. Thanks for your consideration.

My mail to an American e-mailaddress is blocked and i have got the advice to put in the address in the addressfield by hand and/or check my syncronisation and i have no clue of what that is. Please explain in A VERY EASY WAY TO UNDERSTAND AS I*M A NOVICE AT COMPUTING.

I've reinstalled my PC. First thing first I downloaded FF and installed it. Login to Firefox Sync. And it's empty. No history, no tabs, no passwords, everything is gone. I've check that I logged into correct account. And yes I can track many previous emails from this account. Why did Sync lost all data? Is there a history that I can use to restore my lost data? Thanks!

I've setup my Firefox account in another PC and and after sync I cannot access the Lockwise sync passwords...

I cannot activate and setup a new device specific primary password. I've tried to reset it like seen here in other posts but I receive the error "can't change master password"... (i get it in portuguese).

Any suggestions?

I synced my old iPad with the Firefox Account I use on my desktop on the 14th of this month, and for some reason it deleted everything in my history up to the 10th. Ironically now I have the history of my iPad from like 2017 in my desktop tho. How do I fix this? Is there any way to recover my old desktop history? I use it quite often as a resource.

Also how could something like this happen? Isn't the idea of Sync to merge?

Hello I want to send my open tabs from my old PC to my new PC. But when i do it whith Sync, only a part of them are open on the new divice. I have a lot of tabs, over 400, and only a hundred open. If I select the following tabs for the transfer, nothing is happening. Need help please.

Is there a way at all to recover lost Sync data. I was unaware that resetting my password completely deletes my log and all information and there was no indication or opt out option for that. I am using about Sync and I see when it was deleted but I am hoping there is some way to retrieve the information. It is a few months worth of it that I can not afford to lose. Thank you.

My pc got hacked through the my Firefox api keys, took all my crypto my emails, what can I do if I’m locked out of everything. There is no way to lock your account from outside. When they have access to everything you can’t do anything. Now this scammer, he literally runs a scam site has all my info. Google doesn’t have a number to call. Yahoo lady was an idiot, I said I’ve been hacked I want my account locked down they can’t do that. He changed the carts on my pc and deleted the recovery drive. Had access to my phone and did the same to that. Stole most or all of my crypto and there’s no recourse to these people the government is spending trillions of dollars, they can’t setup a number to call. This guy has stole millions from his scam site. Ruined my life and no one does anything. I’m literally on leave from work because I’m a manic depression with suicidal tendencies. I just want a person to talk to who can help. Google, one of the biggest companies in the world has no call center. How ridiculous is that. All my money I had. All my private information stolen. My I’d, my ssn, all my passwords. They need a simple button that says if you’ve been hacked click here. Even if you haven’t and someone is just doing it, it’s better than all the negatives that these people can cause. These losers hide behind the internet ruining lives and these huge companies make it so hard to do anything because they don’t care. They don’t care, we’re just the little people. Its insane that google doesn’t have a number to call for hacks. All companies should because it’s so common and these people are making more money I’ll make in my entire life by sitting behind there desk ruining people’s lives. I’m so beyond every feelings in the world. If this guy was in front of me I would destroy him physically. Firefox lock my damn account . Lock it, follow everything they do, get their Ip if possible, infect them, STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM RUIN LIVES PLEASE

I delete a bookmark and after syncronizing it reappears, after I have deleted it a second time, it is gone for good.

How can I prevent that?

Hi guys, Yesterday when I found that Firefox was updated and reinstall a new version by itself and the problem is that it deleted all old data (passwords, cookies, preferences...) and I did not find the folder "old firefox data" on my desktop. Is there a way to get back all those data please?

I'm trying to setup different profiles for simultaneous use (Work, Personal, Study, etc) on the same Firefox Account since I want to take advantage of the sync feature for Linux/Windows dual boot.

But I am having an issue where opening a different profile where one is already open 'bleeds', or merges, their bookmarks and themes (and probably other stuff but those are the immediately visible). The bookmarks I save in one appear in the other

and added the -no-remote flag, and indeed I get a dialogue screen to select the profile I want, but this merge keeps happening and I don't know why.

The console command I use to launch firefox is

nohup firefox -no-remote > /dev/null 2>&1 &1>/dev/null &'

and all my profile directories are located in: root directory: `/home/user/.cache/mozilla/firefox/` local directory: `/home/user/.mozilla/firefox/` in different directories with their own names.

What I am looking for, is being able to open different instances of the browser with different profiles simultaneously, and each of them having their own bookmarks/history/etc, while also syncing those so when I change the boot to Windows.

I am trying this on Linux (Lubuntu) Any help will be appreciated.

Web push notifications from different sites is not working on Firefox. This is also not the problem of the particular websites (I have checked using other browser e.g. Chrome where the web push is working fine for the same websites). Please suggest what can be done to fix this issue.

I have used Firefox sync before. With windows 10 it seems to be having issues. I have logged in and I click sync now and its circles and then stops. None of my bookmarks are synced from my desktop to my laptop. Why is it doing this? How can I get it to sync those over. Did not have this issues a few months ago. Please help Thank you
