The email address box does not accept the email address and comes up with an error message. The only way to send an email is to use a different browser ie Google. Emails are still received as normal on Firefox / BT mail

When I open mail.yahoo.com, I keep getting: "Something went wrong,We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." what should I do? any other browser works fine, just firefox is block, I might stop using it very soon.

Spectrum recently updated their email systems and Firefox can no longer be used to check Spectrum webmail email accounts. I used to be able to go directly to the webmail but now they make you log into your Spectrum account to get to the email accounts and there is something about Firefox that is not up to their security standards. I am running Windows 7 with the latest Firefox that will work in 7. I am also running the Brave browser on Windows 7 and that works with the new Spectrum system. I prefer using Firefox over Brave so could you please correct whatever deficiency exists in Firefox to make it compatible with Spectrum webmail?

FYI, Firefox on my Windows 10 machine has the same issue.

I shut down my PC and turned it on two hours later, but Firefox is still displaying page layouts properly, images on pages aren't displaying, and the screen remains blank even when I load a page from a bookmark. I did everything, I deleted, I enabled cookies, cleared cache, but the next day the same message is repeated again. I'm tired of it because I have to retype my passwords every day and I'm close to permanently using MS Edge which serves me perfectly fine. Please give me the correct instructions on what to do to get Firefox to load my email normally again or I'm really going to quit Firefox forever.
