I am experiencing an issue with the Keeper browser extension on Mozilla Firefox. Despite configuring all related settings appropriately, the extension consistently locks out every time I close the browser.

To troubleshoot, I have:

Verified that the extension is enabled and fully allowed in Firefox’s Extension settings.

Ensured that Keeper is whitelisted in every possible relevant setting within the browser.

Checked that the "stay logged in" or persistent session options are correctly set within Keeper’s own configuration.

Confirmed that no conflicting privacy settings or third-party add-ons are interfering with the extension's functionality.

Despite these measures, the extension does not retain its logged-in state upon browser closure. This behavior suggests a persistent session issue not aligned with the user-side configuration.

I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this.

Can you please confirm for me that I have now successfully completely the Firefox Browser installation as well as Mozilla and Mozilla Support.

Otherwise, I am never quite sure and likely to miss the final steps/requirements, etc. for example, hit the wrong button, misunderstood details, etc. I find the internet complicated and hence unclear with many aspects which can end up wasting half of my day (and yours) as I carefully read and note as best I can.

hi, is it possible to import cookies.txt from another browser without using any extensions? im asking that since when im trying to import bookmarks, passwords or whatever, my previous browser that i was using is not on the list.

I got access to the password management page when i was connected to the Internet，but once i use it in limited web environment，whichi think i have problem connecting the mozilla serve，the entire password page will not be displayed，like full page blank

I have no problem with previous version of ff. i noticed ask to save password not showing up in this version. usually if i fill in a form, ff will save the information for future use.

i have issue with ff, so i uninstall and reinstall. doesnt work. i add additional information in notepad attachment.

i am end user. nothing technical. only uses ublock, clearurl and audio equaliser. not heavy user. just light browsing facebook, google and regular website.

Hello Team, I have enabled my lockwise to sync credentials with firefox from this same account for about 3-4 years now. Everything is working fine, until I have cleared all cache, cookies, passwords and saved settings during an update. Later when I launched the browser, I was asked to re login using my mozilla firefox account. I tried using my existing password for moz account (copied from lockwise app from phone) it said incorrect password. So I reset my moz account password and logged in. All my saved passwords were gone. And when I tried to sync firefox account (from phone) to lockwise app (on phone as well), even my saved login credentials from lockwise app on phone are gone missing as well. Now after I tried all possible ways, I am reaching out for help. Please help me with next steps on how to get back all my saved credentials. Thanks in advance.

I have cleared my cache, my history, disabled all addons, added sites to my exceptions list for popups and for my virus and malware protection, the works. I still cannot log into Ko-fi nor any site that requires proof I am human. I have had to use Chrome, which is ridiculously unsecure. I have contacted Ko-fi and they have no answer. I cannot access these sites on my tablet nor my desktop, just my phone. Using just my phone is very tedious, especially for anything where I need to type things.

Does anyone know what is happening that could cause this?

I am trying to access my account at Now Finance (nowfinance.com.au) and I can't get past the login challenge. I have changed my password on the site several times with no change in the result. I can login OK with Opera and Google, but not firefox.

I don't need to login now. I have done my business using Chrome, but I think the above is something you need to know.
