using firefox version 109 and my internet down load manager no longer works, it works in other browsers but not since updating firefox. not sure if i was successful in posting this request prior to this one so will give it another try. thanks

On this desktop, Etrade will not open. It will open with MS edge (which I don't use) Etrade does open on my notebook. It seems to lockup on the "ensight" loading. This problem started about 3 days ago. I've cleared the cache and cookies twice.

New level fire fox 111.0... can not order groceries or check products from grocery store ' MEIJER'.. website is meijer. com.. go to there website and these are examples but could be any product. search for ' milk ' ... milk displays ok, but then you check next item like ' eggs ' goes to a white screen and stays. need to close down fire fox and start over... other Browsers like chrome or edge has no problems . I have always used fire fox for everything and has worked fine. If I go to walmart and check there items.. that website has no problems on firefox.

As of a few weeks ago, I can no longer copy and paste when using Outlook for emails with Firefox as the browser. I have no issues if I use the MSN browser. When using Firefox, I can copy and paste in the subject line but not the body of the text. This is a real pain! I had no issues until a few weeks ago. If I try to copy and paste, I am able to copy but when I right click I no longer get a "paste" option. I now have an emoji option in its place. What's up with that?! I am using Windows 11 as the operating system on a Dell computer. Thanks in advance!

I have Ecosia as the default search engine, but lately it won't let me search as it is stuck on a page saying:

This page does not redirect.

This doesn't happen with Brave.

How can I get Firefox to use Ecosia?

Everything under Logins and Passwords, and Forms and Autofill is unchecked. A "Primary Password" has never been set in firefox.

Can't get it to stop asking, which is made worse by the fact that nothing is selected to prompt it nor is anything stored for it to use.

Two days ago, my firefox browser started not restoring the previous sessions. I changed nothing in the configuration and I don't remember I had a crash. The option "Restore Previous Session" does not appear in the "3-bar menu > history" and it appears grayed in the History Firefox main menu.

What I've already tried or verified following the instructions of mozilla forum: 1) Settings > general > “Open previous windows and tabs” is checked as it always have been; I unchecked and and rechecked but nothing changed; 2) Settings > Privacy & Security > “remember history” is selected. Also tried to Settings > Privacy & Security > "Use custom settings for history" with "Always use Private Browsing mode" not checked. No success 3) I also deleted sessionstore-backups folder under my profile. The new created folder, even after closing some new sessions, has only the "recovery.jsonlz4" and "recovery.baklz4" files. There is no "previous.jsonlz4" inside which seems weird. 4) through about:config I checked that browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash was true. In fact, I have Firefox in a second computer with no sessions restoring problem. I compared all browser.sessionstore.xxxx variables and the values are the same.

I still have the problem and do not know what to try next. Reset Firefox?

If you can find out what causes this error code to appear, we would be on the road to solving the problem. BTW, it can play videos on the selection screen but only raises the error when i try to launch the movie. I also have difficulty with News videos where the wait symbol never stops, it just keeps trying to play it and never succeeds.

I have latest version of Firefox have had no problems before.

I use netzero .net for email and have for years with no problems. Now everytime I try to access netzero for e-mails I get Bad Request Your Browser sent a request that this could not understand. Size of a request Header exceeds server limit.

'Screenshot' no longer works. I've used it for years, but this week it doesn't work. I am a woodworker, painter, gardener, handyman, not a computer tech. I want 'screenshot to work like it used to.

When i use a link to an Excel Workbook stored in a GitHub repo the downloaded file is only 6 Bytes - and consequently rubbish. When I do exactly the same thing with Edge or with FireFox or Edge on another computer the downloaded file is complete. I've cleaned up FireFox but it didn't help.

I try to open Roblox from Firefox and when I attempt to play a game I get a prompt and I choose Roblox, then click OK, but then it doesn't seem to get passed to the application as it simply opens the home page in the app.

I am using Firefox Nightly if that helps.

system was working yesterday,..i can pull up my e-mail on yahoo...can read it but now won't let me delete it..went and used microsoft edge per yahoo staff signed into my yahoo account and mail worked fine...it's something on firefox browser...anyone else having problems ???

Roboform not working with Firefox version 110.0 on Windows 11. Works on Chrome and Edge. I've always preferred Firefox, but I'm very dependent on Roboform, so I'm migrating to Chrome until Firefox is able to see Roboform.

refreshed firefox because it seemed to be crashing and to reset addons. when i relogged my tabs were saved however nothing else was. My addons did not automatically load and after manually loading a few, noticed that my passwords were deleted. pretty please with sugar on top, Where are my F..king passwords???

so, my computer is getting old, and because of that, it's slowing then. Firefox isn't helping much because it uses too many processes and memory. i tried deleting some extensions, I tried using task manager to close separate processes but i always end closing the wrong one and closing firefox completely i tried going to dom.ipc.processCount and change the count to 1. I'm so confused, it's slowing down my games i play.

How can I add a webpage shortcut to the FireFox home page in Windows 10? I just want to simply add a shortcut to a webpage that is currently not on the home page, in spite of having visited it several times. since the automatic adding of visited sites is not consistent (some sites do not show up on the home page no matter how often I visit them while others that I have visited once act like they are pinned, but they are not), I need to be able to add a website shortcut manually, and none of the help articles that I have found successfully do that. at least in my current version of Firefox, which is version 108.0.2 (64-bit).
