I do NOT want to use ANY VPN services. Since you introduced this, or rather, forced it on me, my browsing experience has been terrible. How do I turn off VPN? There is no VPN icon on my topolbar despite what your instructions say.

I am so excited to use the FF VPN, I get many notifications about it but what am I doing wrong - I don't see the VPN option in my browser. I am updated, use DuckDuckgo for searching. I've written before but we never go anywhere. Wish I could get the VPN to work as I really want to try it thank you

when will the free vpn become available to me? I've been reading and watching for the invite box on the toolbar and don't see it.

I have automatic updates and my browser recently updated and there is VPN link on my browser wanting me to use it, but it doesn't give me the option to say no. I already have a VPN that I use through MalwareBytes that I use and another that I'm not using through Protonmail. For some reason since the VPN link showed up on my browser I have websites that I use every day that won't load. I want to refuse the VPN and see if that helps, but my only option is a Get Started link. How do I get rid of that?

I found out about the FF VPN beta a month or two ago and use it rarely. I was surprised today that clicking to enable it gives me a different beta VPN popup which required me to login. What is this about?

Hi, I am trying to set up the built-in vpn. I got as far as the attached screenshot but I cannot find the "... open panel and turn it on." I managed to instal? the Mozilla vpn but thats not what I am after.

Can you advise what, where is "open panel" and how to "turn on vpn"?.

Please give me step by step instructions otherwise I will get lost.

Using a Mac Mini OS 10.15.7 Catalina

VPN is on. I can't access the internet. Error message is either: An error occurred during a connection to www.thewindowsclub.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

Or: Connect to the internet You're offline. Check your connection.

I've googled the issue but it talks about ports and tunnels and going into settings. I've looked in the VPN Mozilla settings and there only seems the option to either include or exclude a website from the VPN. Nothing about different ports and testing. I've already written this message once but the VPN was on so it disconnected the internet and I lost this message! Trying a 2nd time now without the VPN

Any help? Or should I give up with it?

I would like to restrict VPN to specific sites which have privacy issues. When I turn VPN on for a site I have opened, it states it will keep it on for that site. However, as I close it and do other work, when I return to that site, the VPN is off. Instructions for VPN show how to keep it from sites, but is there a more positive way to insure it will be attached to a site? Thank you.

when i open my mozilla vpn there is no longer a panel. to select diffent locations .am i doing something if so let know what the problem is so i do not have to buy some other vpn

I am a big fan of the new VPN feature that you guys introduced that is strictly for browser. There are only two current issues i have with them and its the limited bandwidth of 50 GB that is very low and i would like the option to pay a reasonable price for unlimited. Also when i disable the vpn for a website there is a blue pop up in the corner every time i tab over or open the specific page on a new tab that i can't disable or change the behavior in any manner.
